In recent years,with the gradual prosperity of the port transportation industry,economic globalization,trade liberalization and the market without borders and other concepts,the development of ports in various countries has brought opportunities and challenges.Faced with this situation,ports in all countries have made every effort to develop rapidly.In order to attract and increase the number of ships coming to the port,this requires the port to make every effort to increase production capacity,improve service quality,optimize the port production system,and continuously improve the efficiency of production operations.In this large environment,as the "first service station" for ships entering the port,the importance of the tugboat operating system in the port production system has become more and more prominent.Can the ship be in a safe state and on time at the pier?The berths in turn carry out cargo loading and unloading operations,the role of this process tugboat can be described as crucial.As a large port tug company with dozens of ships,the daily work generally includes the daily maintenance,overhaul,upgrade,maintenance,supply management(purchasing related materials)of the tugboat's normal operations,settlement of related financial expenses,personnel training and Work safety education,etc.But the main work is undoubtedly the tugboat's command and dispatch.If the tugboat's dispatching operations can be optimized in depth,it can improve production efficiency,save costs and resources,and improve service quality,In order to promote the port to usher in more opportunities and unlimited development in the economic globalization.Obviously,the problem of combinatorial optimization can represent the problem of scheduling.It is difficult to seek to solve the problem by conventional methods and obtain the optimal solution.Nowadays,intelligent algorithms are widely known by the public and the most widely used in scheduling problems.Among them,the characteristics of genetic algorithms are very eye-catching.The first is the global optimization problem,which is nonlinear and robust In addition,there are advantages such as implicit parallelism.This article will combine the characteristics of scheduling tugboat operations,select the genetic algorithm and the appropriate coding mechanism after deep optimization,and use it flexibly.Combined with the daily work of Tianjin Port Ferry Co.,Ltd.,in the selection of adaptive mutation probability and crossover probability,a tugboat scheduling operation platform system based on genetic algorithm was created.The following is the main work of this article:(1)Introduce and elaborate on the basic knowledge and theory of genetic algorithm,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of traditional genetic algorithm on thebasisof a large number of literature review,and elaborate.(2)According to the actual daily entry and exit dynamics of Tianjin Port as aprototype,coupled with the analysis of a large number of original data of tugboat scheduling operations,a tugboat scheduling model and objective function are established,and the standard inheritance of the coding method of tugboat numbers and position coordinates The optimization is solved based on the algorithm.(3)According to the depth of the genetic algorithm combined with the tugboat scheduling system and simulation technology,the example of the tugboat dynamics in Tianjin Port is calculated.Finally,the work and research carried out in this article are comprehensively summarized,and the defects in the system are found and pointed out.The researchers provide directions for future research.
