In recent years,the world economy and international trade have been constantly changing,leading to earth-shaking changes in the development of shipping markets and ports at home and abroad.As a shipping market service provider,shipping agency companies are faced with the following development difficulties:the bargaining power of customers squeezes the market profit,the fierce competition between potential market entrants and alternative competitors,the policy change of completely opening up the shipping agency market,and the new supply chain service business.On the one hand,there are limitations in the development of shipping agency companies,such as the lack of innovation in a variety of business projects and the inability of service level to meet the increasing standardization and informatization requirements of customers.On the other hand,under the influence of the macro environment,the industry structure,management mode and development direction of shipping agency companies have been impacted by many aspects in the traditional logistics field.This article first to the electronic commerce,the ship generation business,and this paper,the concept of the enterprise business development strategy,lay theoretical foundation for the research,the second ship generation based on Tianjin W company's history,organization structure,the main scope of business and industry competition management present situation,carries on the SWOT analysis,analysis of ship generation business in the new industry development environment advantages,disadvantages and future opportunities and threats;Then,based on the historical data of enterprise development,the combined prediction of the throughput of Tianjin port and the agent volume of various businesses of Tianjin W shipping agency company was made by using a variety of forecasting methods,and the predicted value was analyzed by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.In the final analysis of e-commerce on the opportunities and challenges,analysis of industry trends,grasp market trend,foreign,from the perspective of the major customers and government related party to maintain,integrate the internal and external resources,using the enterprise internal research using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct an effective strategy model,at the same time of using the experience of other companies,combining with the characteristics of WD company,find out from some candidate strategies W company in Tianjin ship best candidate generation business development strategy.This paper analyzes Tianjin W shipping agency company from multiple perspectives,and analyzes the company's future development trend based on actual data and forecast results,so as to select business development strategies and formulate strategic safeguard measures according to the company's positioning and objectives,so as to provide reference for the company to occupy the market and improve its market share.
