In the last decade,all over the world,we are facing the problem of air and environmental pollution.In the face of this challenge,in order to reduce the speed of environmental degradation,China takes new energy vehicles as a certain new development direction.Through this important way,the air quality will be gradually controlled.In,China began to develop new energy vehicles,and in recent years,the development speed began to improve.However,the standards implemented by various automobile enterprises and pile enterprises are not unified,and the equipment and terminal are not fully matched and compatible.However,taking into account the differences in policies in different regions,the implementation efforts are also very different..With the support of the policy,about fast charging stations and more than fast charging piles have been built in Suzhou.However,the phenomenon of fuel vehicles seizing the charging position of electric vehicles often occurs.The development of new EVs needs to have enough market share and convenient charging infrastructure as a guarantee.The investment,construction and operation of charging facilities is a systematic project,which involves a series of issues such as policy,capital,market,technology and operation.Therefore,the investment risk is relatively high,so it is necessary to study the risk control of charging facilities construction project.In the analysis of this article,we mainly introduced the theory of risk management,taking the electric vehicle charging station project of S Company as an example,using the Delphi method to identify and analyze the market risks,policy risks,operation and maintenance risks and technical risks that exist.Then the expert scoring method and LEC semi quantitative analysis method are used to analyze and evaluate the above risks.Finally,according to the risk level,the corresponding strategies and measures are made.In order to help company to obtain more satisfactory income in this project,and provide reference value for the investment and construction of other charging stations of S company in the future.
