At present,with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of modern management level,the transformation and upgrading of management modes in various industries have been accelerated.As a traditional economic industry,the construction industry has also put forward new requirements for the development of its own management mode.In recent years,many construction companies have been forced to go into bankruptcy and liquidation.The fundamental reason is that they have lost the ability to allocate resources and are insolvent.Therefore,in the tide of increasing market competition pressure,construction companies rely on the traditional management model for engineering projects.Resource management has been unable to improve efficiency and obtain expected economic benefits.How to optimize the allocation of resources through various management methods under the condition of limited resources to create maximum value is a problem that construction companies must face.As a management concept for optimizing the allocation of resources,fine management is introduced from manufacturing to construction projects,which can just reduce waste,improve construction controllability,promote the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and increase economic benefits.This paper actively implements the thought of fine management,systematically researches the birth,development and application of fine theory,and has achieved the effect of applying fine thought in construction management of construction projects.The main contents are as follows:Based on the introduction of the research background and significance of the thesis,a systematic study of the current situation of refined management is carried out;guided by the engineering project management theory and refined management theory,combined with literature and field engineering project practical experience,discover and summarize The problems of schedule,quality,and cost in the management of construction projects are analyzed,and the difference between the traditional project management mode and the refined management mode is defined on this basis;through the above summarized issues,a refined management Guided by ideology,the main points of schedule,quality,cost management and corresponding specific measures aiming at "multiple,fast,good,and saving",so as to improve the development efficiency and effectiveness of each module,and realize the optimization of the entire construction project management model Upgrade;Finally,the effectiveness of the above-mentioned refined management measures was verified through actual cases of construction projects in progress and the results achieved.
