With the development of intelligence and informatization in my country’s construction industry,prefabricated buildings have become more and more widely used in the industry because of their high efficiency,low hidden dangers,and environmental protection.However,in the whole life cycle construction of prefabricated buildings,due to the large number of construction stages and the complex data flow,in order to ensure construction efficiency and construction safety,the requirements for the efficiency and accuracy of building information and real-time data acquisition are relatively strict.Traditional methods cannot efficiently collect and manage these multi-source data.Therefore,based on the concept of digital twin,this paper combines Building Information Model(BIM)and Internet of Things(IoT)technologies to realize the automatic collection,integration and application of information in the whole process of prefabricated building construction,so as to improve the The efficiency of prefabricated building production and construction reduces production costs.Further promote the promotion and development of prefabricated buildings.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,through in-depth analysis of the data and information requirements of each stage in the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings,from the aspects of progress management,structural health monitoring and environmental monitoring,the types of data to be collected and the corresponding data collection methods are analyzed.Combined with the Internet of Things technology,select the hardware type,data analysis method and data transmission method,design and implement the hardware system according to functional requirements,complete the automatic collection,processing and storage of data in different scenarios,and provide a real-time data foundation for the digital twin system.Secondly,the IFC lightweight compression processing method is proposed,which preprocesses the building information model file,and stores the attribute information of the integrated component in the central database,Through There Js and IFCJs,the analysis,loading and interactive operation of geometric models on the side realized,and the collected real-time data is linked at the same time.It realizes the integration of geometric information,attribute information and real-time data of prefabricated buildings,and provides support for subsequent data analysis and application.Finally,according to the management information requirements in the production,transportation and construction of prefabricated buildings,a digital twin-based prefabricated building management prototype system is developed.The collection and integration of information,the processing and analysis of the integrated data information,and the realization of the functions of prefabricated building construction progress management,quality traceability and abnormal situation early warning.Finally,assist construction managers to conduct real-time management and control of the entire life cycle of prefabricated buildings.
