Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Construction Engineering Management In Shenyang

Shenyang’s construction industry has enjoyed its own golden age for nearly two decades,In 2018,Shenyang was named the only new first-tier city in the three northeastern provinces,and in 2019 the State Council approved the Shenyang City Master Plan(2011--2020).Article 4 of the master plan is to improve the urban infrastructure system and article 6 to create an excellent human settlements environment,it is clearly proposed to further improve roads,railways,airports and other transport infrastructure,and strengthen the connectivity between the internal and external traffic of the city.The construction target of urban affordable housing should be incorporated into the short-term construction plan to ensure the scale,location and investment of the land supply by stages.Urban Development has given Shenyang’s construction industry a great opportunity to take off,but it has also brought tremendous pressure.Because of the one-time and irreversible characteristics of construction engineering,once the engineering quality accident occurs,it will have immeasurable consequences.A small quality accident may affect the use performance and safety performance of the whole building,so in order to correct it must be re-work,resulting in the construction of the project cost increase,extension of the project period,the public property interests damaged and other consequences.In this paper,based on the perspective of construction enterprises,the present situation of construction project management in Shenyang is investigated,and the excellent experience of construction project management at home and abroad is combined,this paper discusses the establishment of a construction engineering management model which can be applied to the construction engineering market in Shenyang.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,after expounding the concept and content of construction project management,the significance of construction project management is analyzed.Second,based on the actual situation of the construction market in Shenyang Shenyang,detailed information of construction project management can be obtained by means of questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and literature analysis.Analysis of achievements and problems in construction management in Shenyang.Third,based on the Shenyang construction market and the excellent construction management experience at home and abroad,the system theory method to solve the existing problems in Shenyang construction management is put forward.
