Study On The Countermeasures For The Construction Of Small Towns With Jinzhou Characteristics

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up,China's urban economy has been developing rapidly,while the factor cost is rising,resulting in the phenomenon of high development costs,the pressure on the urban carrying population is becoming more and more heavy,the trend of rising house prices is becoming more and more obvious,making the real real economy need to find the cost depression.Industry should move away from cities as the cost of land increases,and start-ups have to move to the edge of cities and small towns according to the cost.Therefore,in accordance with the market law is not difficult to find,guide the development of characteristic small towns,for the real economy to inject new vitality has become a necessity.In this paper,the purpose of this paper is to study the construction strategies of characteristic towns with local characteristics in Jinzhou,study and sort out the theoretical basis and practical experience of the development of Characteristic Towns at home and abroad,summarize the cultivation mode of characteristic towns,analyze the evaluation criteria and index system of Characteristic Towns at different levels,and finally determine the industrial cultivation elements of Goubangzi characteristic town.Through the analysis of the existing industrial foundation,urban environment,traditional culture,facilities and services of Goubangzi Town,it is determined that the "smoked chicken" industry is the core,the local primary industry is fully developed modern agriculture,and under the guidance of inheriting smoked chicken traditional food culture,railway station red culture and Liaoxi stilt folk culture,tourism service industry is developed From the five aspects of characteristic culture,town style and implementation strategy,the construction path of Goubangzi characteristic town is organized,and the basic ideas of development and operation of characteristic town are put forward.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of the construction of characteristic towns,analyzes the opportunities,challenges and how to boost China's new urbanization.The second chapter is about the research of characteristic town.This paper focuses on the essence and concept of characteristic towns,and summarizes the domestic and foreign experience in the construction of characteristic towns.This paper analyzes the development of characteristic town construction,determines its evaluation index system,and summarizes the basic ideas and operation mode of the development and operation of characteristic town.The third chapter is an empirical study on Goubangzi town as a characteristic town.Through the summary of the data of Goubangzi Town,this paper understands the current situation of Goubangzi town development,analyzes the characteristics of Goubangzi Town,and constructs the index evaluation system.In the fourth chapter,Gou positioned the smoked chicken industry as the characteristic industry of Goubangzi Town,and then planned the industrial layout,determined the development path of multi production and progressive industry with smoked chicken industry as the main industry,and put forward the ideas of mechanism innovation.The fifth chapter refines the characteristic culture of Goubangzi Town,which is based on the principles of respecting the existing urban pattern,inheriting the traditional culture and maintaining the scale of the town.It is mainly reflected in four aspects: architectural style,characteristic corridor,old city reconstruction and environment improvement.The sixth chapter analyzes the implementation strategy of Goubangzi characteristic town construction.This paper puts forward the function division of the new construction subject,summarizes the reporting process of the characteristic town,analyzes the matters needing attention in the construction of the characteristic town,expounds the mode system of the investment and financing of the characteristic town,introduces the PPP mode,and improves the investment and financing guarantee system of the characteristic town.Chapter 7 conclusion and prospect.The conclusion of the paper and the direction of the research on the development of Characteristic Towns in the future are put forward.
