With the advent of the era of experience economy,based on the study of consumption concept,consumption mode and consumption behavior mode,to cater to consumers' pursuit of commodity differentiation symbol value and increasing demand for emotional experience,experiential theme mall architecture emerges at the historic moment.The core of experience economy is interaction.Through spiritual communication with consumers,consumers are guided to have spiritual resonance to form unforgettable unique experience.The design of new experience themed shopping malls is exactly the need to use the architectural approach to complete the interaction with consumers,reflect the spirit of the place,shape the impression of the situation,and create a sensory stimulation of the space atmosphere.The key point of experience themed mall design lies in how to realize consumer experience.The experience is based on the theme,which sets the tone for the experience.Mall building space design,dynamic design and interior design in different aspects,such as all need to cooperate with themes build impression situation,various design elements into consumer sensory stimulation induced clues,and finally the inner consciousness of consumers and market construction of space environment,complete interaction and get a good experience.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly discusses the purpose of the author's topic selection,and summarizes the research background and domestic and foreign research status of experience-themed shopping mall architecture at the present stage,and puts forward the urgent and necessity of developing experience-themed shopping malls that emphasize individual emotional experience and meet the emotional and cultural needs of consumers.The second chapter mainly discusses the rise of experiential consumption and analyzes the connotation and concept of experiential consumption and the development trend of thematization.Based on the development history of traditional shopping malls,this paper puts forward that the new experiential theme-type shopping malls should cater to the new consumer groups to pursue individuality,pay attention to the characteristics of spiritual enjoyment and commodity cultural connotation,and adopt theme-type business model in line with the theme-type trend of experiential consumption,and increase the proportion of business forms requiring consumers to participate in the experience function.The third chapter of the thesis mainly discusses the design strategy of new experience themed shopping malls.Based on and starting from the establishment of the theme,the impression situation is built around the theme,and the sensory stimulation of consumers is induced to stimulate their experience through the clues of each element of the situation.This paper analyzes the theme location and main types,the composition of impression situation,the design elements and the types of sensory stimuli,and puts forward the design principles of pursuing differentiation and diversification.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the design method of new experience themed shopping malls from three aspects: space design,moving line design and interior design.This paper discusses the types and design principles of space design,expounds the organizational form and design principles of moving line design and how interior design can meet the emotional needs of consumers through the application of its design elements.At the same time,the new requirements and development trends of space,dynamic line and interior design of new experience theme shopping malls are analyzed.The fifth chapter of the paper is the case practice part,taking the Shenyang Kerry Parkside project that the author participated in the construction as the research object,through the introduction of the project environment,competition pattern and composition,discusses the establishment of its design concept and discovery theme.It also analyzes the theme construction and spatial experience practice methods of the project.
