In recent years,in order to adapt to modern logistics,more and more logistics enterprises put forward new requirements for their own logistics services,actively close to customers,pay attention to customer needs and interests,maximize customer demand satisfaction,and provide efficient and high-quality customer services.Tianjin Port Yuanhang international ore terminal company is such a logistics enterprise.Based in Tianjin port,the logistics center of the northern port,the company provides customers with modern logistics integrated services such as distribution,distribution,transfer,storage and transportation,and sets up the development goal of becoming the first bulk terminal in the north,and constantly improves its business capacity.However,the logistics serv ice quality of the company has gradually declined with the increase of business volume,which is often complained by customers.Service quality has become a short board in the company's logistics service,which directly affects the company's further development.Improving the quality of logistics service has become a key problem that must be solved in the development of the company.The research goal of this paper is to evaluate the current situation of logistics service quality of the company scientifically.Find out the problems in the company's logistics service,and then analyze the reasons for the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward practical system and measures to help the company effectively improve the quality of service.In order to effectively improve the logistics service quality of Tianjin Port Yuanhang international ore terminal company,first of all,we need to start from the root and scientifically evaluate the current situation of the logistics service quality of the company.Find out the problems in the company's logistics service,and then analyze the reasons for the problems.Finally,the effective system and measures should be made according to the reasons.With the help of basic theoretical analysis,this paper expounds the scientific methods of service quality evaluation.According to the characteristics of the logistics industry,the SERVQUAL model is selected to evaluate the logistics service quality of the terminal scientifically.According to the actual situation of the company,the service quality evaluation indexes are determined,and then the weight of each index is calculated by AHP,and the scientific evaluation results are obtained.Then,it studies the actual situation of the international ore terminal of Tianjin port,obtains the real feedback from customers by questionnaire survey,and summarizes the existing problems in the company's logistics service.By analyzing the current situation and problems of logistics service quality,the causes of service quality problems are found.Then according to the above analysis,the paper studies the effective strategies to improve the logistics service quality of the company,and puts forward the effective measures to improve the service quality.Further optimize the performance appraisal system of Tianjin Port Yuanhang international ore terminal,establish the performance appraisal standards that meet its characteristics,and optimize the logistics service quality of the company.To help Tianjin Port Yuanhang international ore terminal company effectively improve the quality of logistics services,so as to move steadily towards the development goal of the first bulk terminal in the north.At the end of the paper,the main conclusions and research prospects are summarized.
