Research On The Port Logistics Performance Evaluation Of Tianjin Port

With increasing trade cooperation between countries,the continuous development of international shipping,import and export volume continues to rise,waterway transport demand is increasing,and the port is an important site of waterway transportation,producing the logistics port business,in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and the construction of the region,the development of port logistics will provide better guarantee for the country’s regional construction.In view of this,evaluating the performance of port logistics is of great significance for the development of port logistics.First,this paper evaluates the performance of port logistics based on the performance of port logistics and port logistics.In addition,the relevant theory needed in the paper is summarized and selected as principal component analysis,entropy weight method and x-conditional cloud model.Through the index classification and screening of the main components,some evaluation indicators are selected from four aspects: the port infrastructure,the port logistics development potential,the performance level of the port logistics and the coordinated development level of the port city performance,and the evaluation system is constructed.Taking Tianjin Port as an example,the relevant development of Tianjin Port is elaborated,summarizing the problems existing in its port logistics operation and the changes of its port operation results.The original data from 2015-2019 were obtained through the relevant statistical yearbooks from 2016-2020.First,the entropy weight method was used to determine the objective weight,then the evaluation level and the corresponding digital characteristics were set,and finally the index evaluation cloud map and evaluation results were generated.The evaluation results show that the port logistics performance level in 2015 was medium,and the remaining four years were good.Although the grade of the other four years is good,there is a certain gap in the grade score,which shows that the development of the other four years changes greatly,and the annual grade stability is general.Therefore,the relevant problems existing in the logistics operation of Tianjin Port are summarized according to the evaluation results.Finally,based on the research results of this paper and the actual situation of Tianjin Port,the problems are analyzed and proposed.
