Research On The Development Strategy Of Tianjin Ro-Ro Terminal

The development of the automobile industry has a great impetus to the development of the national economy.After nearly ten years of rapid development,the growth of the whole vehicle industry in China has been become more stable.With the adjustment of the national macro-economic policy and the release of the related policies of the automobile industry,and the implementation of "One Belt and One Road" strategy promoted the development of China's automobile industry.With the improvement of living standards,the development space for the vehicle business is created.In recent years,stability strategy is China's economic development strategy;the slowdown in economic growth has led to a slow growth of imports and exports.As an important vehicle import and export port in North China,Tianjin port must give full play to its own advantages to solve the problems in development and enhance market competitiveness in the increasingly competitive environment.This paper first analyzes the development status of the automobile industry and development trend of automobile logistics enterprises,the transportation mode of the whole vehicle logistics will be more and more dependent on the waterway transport,and the particularity of the car also promotes the diversification of the port services.The development of automobile Ro-Ro terminal should be transformed into a comprehensive logistics service center.Finally,I proposed some strategy for the service function development of the car logistic,which has its value for reference on port management and operation,as well as the development strategy making.The PEST analysis is used to analyze the external environment of the Tianjin Ro-Ro terminal from four aspects of government,economy,society and technology.SWOT model analysis its facing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges and put forward the corresponding strategy.Then the GM(1,1)model is established to predict the volume of car rolling service in Tianjin port,we can get the development trend of vehicle throughput in Tianjin port as a direction guide for formulating strategic goals and developing countermeasures.The development countermeasures are put forward according to the results of analysis and prediction,the conclusion will have a certain reference value for the management and development strategy of Tianjin Ro-Ro terminal.
