Nowadays,high quality development has become a new development goal pursued by all walks of life in China,and is also the direction of national strategies.Its position in policy theory cannot be underestimated.As the pillar industry of social and economic progress,the construction industry is facing a series of new policy changes.In the past,the construction industry was characterized by high energy consumption and high pollution,which ran counter to the high-quality development strategy.With the social progress and people’s awareness of environmental protection,construction enterprises,the government,the public and other subjects are paying more and more attention to the transformation and healthy development of the construction industry.The Yangtze River Economic Belt,as the largest inland river economic belt in China,relies on the convenience of natural resources in the Yangtze River basin,and the construction industry enjoys strong momentum,which not only promotes economic development,but also causes environmental pollution and other problems.Therefore,the study on the high-quality development capacity of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the detailed regional status quo can not only provide reference for the future policy formulation of the study area,but also provide transformation ideas for the high-quality reform of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Theoretical review and research status of high-quality development of construction industry.Citespace visualization map is used to analyze hot issues of high-quality development of construction industry at home and abroad,and to clarify the evolution process of the theme.(2)Build an evaluation index system based on the concept of high-quality development and the current situation of construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.(3)Using CRITIC method and TOPSIS method to measure and rank the high-quality development index of construction industry in 11 provinces(municipalities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2021.(4)The data of 2011,2015 and 2020 were selected,and the results of development level were graded according to the natural breakpoint method in Arc Map10.8 software.(5)Finally,the obstacle degree model is used to calculate the main obstacle factors in different regions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)During the study period,the high-quality development level of construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents a stepped upward trend,with a small growth range and a relatively stable situation.(2)The high-quality development of construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration.The mutual influence between regions is gradually enhanced,and the relationship between functions is relatively stable,with the characteristics of overall decentralization and local agglomeration.(3)The major obstacles to the high-quality development of construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are industry scale and green development.The six dimensions were listed in the order of industry scale(2.084)>green development(1.707)> economic benefit(1.646)> technical level(1.639)>opening to the outside world(1.471)> coordinated development(1.454).Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the aspects of top-level government design,accelerating reform of construction enterprises,energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry,and looks forward to further research in the future.Figure [19] Table [9] Reference [78]...
