Study On The Design Of Coupling Utilization Of Industrial Heritage Suitability In Non Typical Industrial Cities

With the arrival of the new era,China’s urbanization has entered an era of high-quality development.The research on the protection and utilization of China’s industrial heritage has been constantly improved,both in theory and in practice.However,due to the differences in the process of urban development and the lack of evaluation standards for the value of heritage,the government has ignored the industrial heritage of atypical industrial cities,which is not prominent in value,and faces a lot of risk of loss.Therefore,it is urgent to re-examine these relics from the perspective of urban spirit.This paper studies and develops the coupling utilization of industrial remains of atypical industrial cities from the perspective of suitability,and controls the core value of the relics,so as to make them play an appropriate social function and leave inheritance for the contemporary urban industrial history and culture.In the first chapter,through combing and summarizing the research and practical experience of industrial heritage protection at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of China’s industrial heritage,this paper puts forward the concept,characteristics and value of industrial heritage in atypical industrial cities.In the second chapter,it introduces the definition of suitability utilization and coupling utilization,as well as the suitability reuse model,combs the value evaluation system of industrial heritage,and provides reference for the value evaluation of industrial heritage in other atypical industrial cities.Then in the third chapter,through the discussion of the reuse mode of industrial heritage,the principle of suitability coupling utilization and the design research of site environment,functional space,architectural form,structural materials and modeling aesthetics are summarized.Finally,in the fourth chapter,according to the theory and the reuse practice of Meilanchun distillery,the most suitable reuse design scheme is proposed.This paper preliminarily explores the suitable coupling utilization mode of industrial heritage in Taizhou City,and puts forward new ideas for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in other atypical citiesFinally,I hope that the attempt of this paper can promote the establishment of a scientific system for the protection,activation and utilization of industrial remains in atypical industrial cities,so that it will eventually interact with the functional space of surrounding cities,not only to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,but also to show the city’s own cultural characteristics,improve and enhance the urban environment,and ultimately promote the transformation and development of the city.
