Research On Purchasing Performance Evaluation Of Construction Engineering Company Of China Construction Eighth Engineering Group

With the strengthening of competition in the domestic construction and decoration engineering industry and the continuous increase in market saturation,the construction and decoration engineering company of the Eighth Bureau of Construction,which is at the forefront of the industry,is facing unprecedented pressure.In order to improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises,as the procurement department of the construction decoration operation service of the Eighth Construction Bureau of China,it is urgent to improve its procurement performance.Currently,the company adopts a procurement model that combines centralized procurement and decentralized procurement,and has not systematically carried out procurement performance evaluation.The effect of the procurement model,how to build a procurement performance evaluation system,and how to formulate procurement performance improvement strategies are all worth discussing.This article takes the procurement performance of the China Construction Eighth Engineering Company as the research object.Based on the procurement performance evaluation theory,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative and quantitative analysis combined method and other research methods are used to evaluate and analyze the company’s procurement performance.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,after sorting out domestic and foreign research literature,clarify the evaluation theory and evaluation method of the company’s procurement performance;secondly,combining the actual procurement business of the Construction Decoration Engineering Company of China Construction Eighth Engineering Co.,Ltd.,determine the procurement performance evaluation based on the principles of procurement performance evaluation index establishment Index system,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index;again,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the procurement performance evaluation matrix is established by calculating the membership vector of the quantitative and qualitative indicators,and the company’s procurement performance is graded and comprehensively evaluated.The overall procurement performance evaluation grade is good,but the evaluation score(84.21)is relatively low.The performance evaluation scores of the four first-level indicators are: financial indicators 81.53,customer indicators 84.17,procurement process 87.82,learning and growth performance 87.02;Finally,through the analysis of procurement performance evaluation results,benchmarking outstanding companies in the industry,targeted from the four Dimension to formulate specific strategies to improve procurement performance.This research will help to improve the procurement management level of the China Construction Eighth Engineering Company,and it will also have reference value for other companies in the construction decoration industry to improve procurement management.
