Research On Purchasing Performance Evaluation Of Aoxun Machinery Manufacture Company

Manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry of China’s national economy.With the gradual rise of manufacturing industries such as domestic communication electronics industry,automobile and shipbuilding,it also drives the rapid prosperity of machining industry.The mechanical processing industry mainly processes incoming materials for manufacturing enterprises.There are mechanical industry clusters in regions with rapid economic development or regions with prosperous manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of Sino US trade frictions and the negative effects of the new global crown epidemic,the machinery processing industry has been showing a downward trend overall,and the production and operation of SMEs in the industry is facing greater pressure.Procurement cost is the highest component of product cost.Procurement business is related to the quality and delivery time of purchased materials.How to improve procurement performance has become an important consideration affecting the overall performance of enterprises.In this paper,Aoxun Machinery Manufacturing Company as a case study,using in the research methods: literature research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative and quantitative analysis,the main research content and conclusions are:first,sort out the relevant research literature on procurement performance at home and abroad,master the theory and method of procurement performance evaluation;Secondly,combined with the actual procurement management of the company,according to the construction principle of the procurement performance evaluation system,the balanced scorecard and key performance indicator method are used to determine the first-level indicators and second-level indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of evaluation indicators at all levels.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the purchasing performance of Aoxun Machinery Manufacturing Company.The evaluation conclusion is that the overall procurement performance evaluation score is 79.72,which belongs to the general level.The performance evaluation scores of the four first-level indicators are: financial contribution 73.85,internal customer73.40,procurement process 90.57,learning and growth 88.33;Finally,combined with the advanced experience of benchmarking enterprises in the industry,from the financial contribution,internal customers,procurement process,learning and growth of the four dimensions of the development of Aoxun Machinery manufacturing company procurement performance improvement strategy.The research of this paper not only helps to improve the procurement performance of Aoxun machinery manufacturing company,but also provides a reference for small and medium-sized processing enterprises to improve procurement performance management and enhance procurement competitiveness.
