| With the development of modern economy and the demand of manufacturing industry in the market economy era,the small and medium enterprises is facing the change of market demand,and it is difficult to adapt to the demand of multi-variety and small batch.In such a situation,how to effectively organize production and make products to meet the market demand has become a problem that many small and medium-sized enterprises need to solve.Taking Lin Yi Company as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of production system and the existing problems,and puts forward the use of group technology to solve the market demand of multi-variety and small batch faced by enterprises.Group technology is used to classify the parts and components,production process analysis is used to classify the parts and components into groups,and process route method is used to optimize the processing technology,according to the product output and production rated man-hour,calculate the number of each group of equipment,and set up groups of production units.On this basis,in order to further improve the production efficiency and save the cost,the layout of the processing units is optimized by using the SLP method,and the logistic and non-logistic relationships between the operating units in the workshop are analyzed,determine the location of the work units in the workshop,and establish the layout of the workshop.Finally,through qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis analysis of the entire program to analyze the expected benefits.By using group technology and SLP method to optimize the layout of workshop,the production mode of Lin Yi company is adjusted and improved to achieve the goal of improving production efficiency,reducing cost and responding to market quickly,in order to explore and improve the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprise production efficiency and management level of effective ways. |
