| With the rapid development of China in recent years,a large number of economic activities and infrastructure construction have opened a new gap in the demand of power supply company,and also put forward new requirements for power supply quality and service.In the current power market with increasingly high requirements,improving employee satisfaction can effectively stimulate the motivation of employees,on the one hand,it can guarantee the quality and safety of power supply,and on the other hand,it can enable employees to better serve customers.This is of practical significance for power supply companies to implement the corporate purpose of ‘develop electric power,serve the people’ and give full play to the power grid foundation and the role model of central enterprises.Based on a large number of literature studies,this study will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to optimize employee incentives in Y Power Supply Company.By sorting out the theories and research status of motivation at home and abroad,the research direction of Y Power Supply Company’s employee motivation is clarified.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the questionnaire designed six factors affecting the effectiveness of incentives.After analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,according to the results of descriptive analysis,the problems existing in the incentives of Y Power Supply Company were summarized.Under the guidance of incentive principles,the optimization was carried out from the aspects of salary,welfare,personnel,training and so on.It is expected to provide some reference for improving the level of enterprise management,hoping to provide some reference for the development of similar small and medium-sized enterprises,and some inspiration for improving the level of enterprise personnel management.The study found that the main problems of employee satisfaction in Y Power Supply Company include: salary system,promotion mechanism,personnel relations,training system,working pressure and other aspects that need to be improved and optimized.Under the guidance of relevant incentive theories,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the above problems.This study hopes to contribute to the future development of Y Power Supply Company,the improvement of competitiveness and the realization of strategic goals through the research on the improvement of employee satisfaction of Y Power Supply Company,and also hopes to provide reference for the management of each brother company in the industry. |
