Due to production reasons,the factory has successively purchased multiple hydrogen removal ovens within ten years.However,due to the early purchase of some equipment and the inconcentration of purchases,the overall informatization and automation of the oven is very low,and there is almost no intelligence.Now,in order to improve the efficiency of the oven and the work efficiency of personnel,reduce the possibility of human error and the intensity of personnel work,.This article decides to start with the problem of using the hydrogen removal oven on the industrial site,and analyze the pros and cons of the existing operating methods of the system,and finally develop a software system independently to achieve the purpose of solving the above problems.Since the development of the data system is to facilitate the monitoring of product process quality and the statistics of oven usage,not to avoid blindly pursuing functions.Instead of the blindness of pursuing functions,we focus on reducing unnecessary hardware costs and maintenance costs based on the existing working mode,to make a set of oven group control software suitable for the current working system and production situation.First of all,this paper designs two data acquisition schemes for the existing hardware of the oven: platinum resistance analog signal acquisition based on basic PLC and RS485 data communication based on instrument.Through the demonstration and selection of the two schemes,the instrument-based RS485 data communication is adopted finally,and the instrument is selected for this data acquisition mode and the communication program is designed.In this paper,the oven group control system adopts the hardware control scheme of Lab VIEW PLC.By using OPC server to connect Lab VIEW upper computer platform and PLC control platform,the hardware control of each oven can be achieved.Secondly,according to the characteristics of oven group control,a dedicated multithreading software is designed using Lab VIEW platform.The application of multithreading makes the operating parameters of all ovens can be displayed centrally in real time,and each oven can run independently and set parameters,which solves the key technical difficulties of oven group control.This paper also develops special functions of personnel authority management,equipment management,process management,machine time management and data management for the oven group control system,so as to reduce the probability of human error,effectively save the process data,and make the call of historical data simple and convenient.Plentiful software function design makes the whole oven group control system improve in two aspects: centralized control and centralized management.The oven group control system meets the requirements of high efficiency,high quality and traceability of military products.Finally,the problems encountered in the field debugging of the oven group control system and the solutions are described in detail.The causes of hardware problems in the cluster control system of oven were analyzed,and the implementation process and effect of field circuit reconstruction were recorded.In this paper,the problem of data loss in the process of software system data polling collection is discussed.After comprehensively considering the factors such as the cost of hardware transformation,the law of equipment operation state and the requirements of technological standards,a data screening tool is designed from the software level,which can make the oven group control system obtain more accurate data to meet the requirements of field use on the basis of existing hardware.
