With the continuous development of the social economy,people are more and more aware that various parameters in the entire design phase of the plan will directly affect the performance of the building(building lighting,ventilation,energy consumption,etc.).To this end,physical performance analysis is introduced into the architectural design,but in the current green building design,the architectural design and performance analysis are separated in labor and the process is repeated and trivial.In this paper,the parametric reverse design idea is used to analyze the sensitivity of different passive influencing factors,using high-sensitivity factors as variables and low-sensitivity factors as quantification,combining manual upgrade network and genetic algorithm to establish a rapid prediction model and seek optimization Passive combination scheme.Taking high-rise residential buildings as an example,specific methods and implementation steps are proposed.The calculation and analysis results provide a useful reference for the optimal design of building performance.The research content of the paper is as follows:First of all,data collection and analysis were carried out on several aspects of the parametric design process at the scheme stage,the theory and application of genetic algorithms,the relationship between the impact of passive energy-saving design in high-rise residential buildings and various performances.The passive parameterized energy-saving design process and method are summarized and summarized.Second,on the basis of theoretical research,analyze the content and key issues of the performance analysis at the plan stage,analyze the optimization method based on artificial neural network and genetic algorithm,and build a specific application process of building performance optimization method based on this principle.Third,taking Wuhan high-rise residences in hot summer and cold winter regions as a practical case,build a building information model,use reverse design ideas,establish a single-objective optimization model of building energy consumption and multi-objective optimization combined with light environment conditions and comfort Predictive models,training and testing on multiple sets of data samples,seeking optimized passive design combination schemes,forming passive energy-saving control strategies and technical measures for high-rise residential suitability.
