Research On The Construction Of Contemporary Elderly Housing At The Community Level

At present,China is undergoing profound changes in rapid aging.In the Chinese society where the home-based pension model is the mainstream,urban housing is the biggest carrier for the elderly living.However,based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly and the needs of living behavior,as well as the current development of community residential buildings and the current situation of community housing in the housing problem for the elderly,it is found that there are three obvious defects in the existing housing.First,in the existing residential suites,there is a significant shortage of fineness and flexibility in the suitability of the old ones.Second,the residential buildings are in a vertical development trend,and the aging "universal" standards are in residential design.Insufficient,resulting in inadequate housing in the public space of the residential area,while the traditional residential public space form is separated between the living room,the neighborhood is missing.Third,the configuration of the community housing is single,targeting the elderly for the elderlyInsufficient match.In view of these situations,based on the three elements of ideal housing(livable space,harmonious neighborhood and high-quality environment),this thesis studies the examples of elderly houses at home and abroad from three levels: room type,building form and community configuration.Analyze the experience and methods of construction of elderly people at home and abroad,and explore and summarize the characteristics and construction methods suitable for the elderly in the community level.Finally,the construction strategy of contemporary elderly residences at the community level is proposed: in the setting of the housing of the elderly,the spatial scale is precisely processed,the spatial organization isclassified according totherelationship between the servicespaceand theservicedspace,and the type of the set is made.Fine-grained treatment;in the architectural form of the elderly housing,the construction of the vertical communication space and the symbiosis of the environmental greening system to promote the neighborhood communication needs and environmental quality requirements of the elderly;using the support system,the construction has The variants feature the elderly residences,realizing the flexible changes of the elderly housing,and deploying in the community of the elderly housing,achieving diversity,pertinence and balanced allocation,creating a livable living environment fortheelderly.
