Research On The Preservation And Reuse Of Huangshi Industrial Building Heritage Based On Comprehensive Value Evaluation System

As an important raw material industrial base in Central China,Huangshi has an important position in the historical process of industrial development in the country,and currently has a large amount of industrial architectural heritage.Although people have gradually realized the value of industrial architectural heritage,as a product of the industrial era,industrial architectural heritage usually conflicts with modern production and life when it cannot provide economic value for the city;at the same time,Huangshi is facing the transformation of a resource-exhausted city As the industrial building heritage is a resource for urban renewal in this industrial city,how to reasonably preserve and reuse the industrial building heritage has become an urgent problem to be studied and resolved.This article attempts to establish a comprehensive value evaluation system to provide a scientific basis for the preservation and reuse of Huangshi's industrial architectural heritage.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research background,puts forward the research purpose,research significance and research methods on the basis of combing the research status of industrial architectural heritage at home and abroad,and makes a conceptual distinction between industrial heritage and industrial architectural heritage.In the second chapter,through literature research and field research,the historical evolution of Huangshi industrial development and the preservation status of Huangshi industrial building heritage are sorted out.The third chapter analyzes the preservation value of industrial building heritage from the perspective of historical value,scientific and technological value,social value and artistic value,and analyzes the reuse characteristics of industrial building heritage.The fourth chapter proposes a comprehensive value evaluation system for industrial architectural heritage based on the existing industrial heritage-related value evaluation methods and systems,with the help of analytic hierarchy process based on the value composition of industrial architectural heritage,that is,to set up each impact through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods The weight of factors,and put forward the weighted total score of the preservation value and the reuse value;then make a decision on the selection of the preservation and reuse plan.The fifth chapter selects three industrial architectural heritages of Huangshi as examples to test the feasibility of the comprehensive value evaluation system and the decision-making method of preservation and reuse proposed in this study,and through the excellent preservation or renewal cases with highly similar characteristics with the three industrial building heritages,it provides reference for the preservation and reuse of Huangshi industrial building heritage.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of the follow-up research on Huangshi industrial building heritage.The significance of this study is to evaluate the value of the industrial building heritage,so that the industrial buildings once considered to hinder the urban development can get corresponding preservation and reuse measures,so as to be preserved.At the same time,it is expected that these new industrial building heritage can bring social,ecological,economic and cultural benefits to Huangshi's urban development.
