With the improvement of the comprehensive technical level of space structure,large-span space curved steel structures are more and more popular.The structure is unique in shape,novel in structure,low carbon emission reduction,but the structure is complex,especially in the critical stage of construction,the probability of risk is high.From the beginning of the installation to the final completion of the structure,the force of the structural members in each stage is constantly changing.Monitoring the force state of each member from the beginning of the construction to the service period is important for the design and life prediction of large-span space curved steel structures.effect.Based on the research background of the large-span steel structure of the National Cyber Security Talents and Innovation Base Exhibition Center("Network Security Center"),this paper studies the stress and strain changes of the temporary support frame unloaded in advance during the construction of the steel structure and the temperature effect after the construction is completed.The influence of stress and strain of steel structure provides theoretical guidance for construction.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Analyze the principle of the layout of structural stress and strain monitoring points,arrange sensor installation positions for the steel structure project of the network security center,configure reasonable temperature,stress and displacement monitoring methods,and build a large-span space steel structure health monitoring module.(2)Analyze the installation mode of the large-span steel structure,arrange the support points of the temporary tire frame,and use Midas/Gen to check the mechanical properties of the temporary bench;on this basis,study the principle of structural support unloading during the construction of the large-span steel structure With the unloading plan,the steel structure analysis software SAP2000 is used to establish the calculation model of the steel structure,combined with the analysis method of structural mechanics to numerically simulate the construction process of the steel structure,determine the optimal structure support unloading plan,and use the measured data and theory of the construction process monitoring Data comparison analysis verifies the feasibility of supporting unloading scheme.(3)Considering the influence of temperature changes on the stress and strain of the formed long-span steel structure within a period of time,the calculation method of temperature stress and the calculation method of statically indeterminate structure during temperature change are studied,and the installation model of network security center components is constructed.The SAP2000 structural analysis software simulates and calculates the arranged stress and strain monitoring points,analyzes the effect of uniform temperature on the stress and strain of long-span steel structures,and compares and analyzes measured data and theoretical data to verify the feasibility of the conclusions,in order to study the influence of temperature changes on the forming The subsequent stress and strain monitoring of large-span steel structures has laid a certain foundation.(4)Based on the structural temperature changes at different positions of the steel structure under the influence of different sunlight intensities,study the temperature distribution law of the steel structure of the network security center under the influence of non-uniform temperature,and analyze the stress situation of the structure under the effect of non-uniform temperature;propose layering Temperature calculation method,based on the SAP2000 finite element software to build a model,analyze the stress and strain characteristics of the reticulated shell structure monitoring points at different temperatures.By comparing with the measured data,it can be seen that the calculation method can better simulate the actual non-uniform temperature change on the structural stress Impact.
