In order to realize the transformation requirements of the company's development mode and power grid development mode,State Grid Corporation of China proposed the task of building "three sets and five big" system in the development strategy during the "Twelfth Five Year Plan".As the core link of "large operation" system,dispatching is an important guarantee to realize the optimal allocation of resources,security risk management and control,and high-quality economic operation of power grid.In 2019,the development of smart grid technology is increasingly mature,and the reform of power system is more in-depth.Facing the new situation,State Grid Corporation of China has put forward the strategic goal of "three types,two networks and world-class".As an important part of a strong smart grid,dispatching is inextricably linked with other links.In order to realize informatization,automation and interactive management of power grid dispatching Therefore,it is urgent to speed up the intelligent construction of power grid dispatching.The original integrated operation and management mode of regulation and control needs to be continuously upgraded and optimized to make the power grid management develop towards a more intensive,professional and lean direction,optimize the resource allocation,simplify the redundant management links,and continuously improve the intelligent level and management level of the power grid.Based on the analysis and research of domestic and foreign power grid operation management mode,regulation integration theory and organization optimization theory,this paper studies and analyzes the status quo of power grid operation and management of State Grid Bengbu Power Supply Company from the aspects of operation and maintenance centralized control station,control center and dispatching integrated system,and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.Based on the theoretical basis of ubiquitous power Internet of things and strong smart grid,combined with the characteristics of power grid operation system,this paper analyzes the status quo of power grid regulation and control integration management in Bengbu area,analyzes and optimizes the existing power grid operation management mode,puts forward the improvement and optimization implementation scheme of Bengbu Power Grid regulation integration management mode,and formulates a new regulation The integrated operation and management mode of regulation and control,which is deeply integrated with monitoring business,improves the intelligent level of power grid operation and management,realizes the full utilization of human resources,and improves the safety operation management level of power grid.After optimizing the original integrated operation and management mode of State Grid Bengbu Power Supply Company,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the economic efficiency of the optimized new mode.Through the evaluation results,it is found that the power supply stability and operation economy of the State Grid Bengbu Power Supply Company are improved after the optimization Good benefits have been achieved in terms of safety and convenience.Compared with the original power grid operation and management mode,the new mode of integrated regulation and control operation and management can improve the security and economy of power grid operation and management.With the construction and development of strong smart grid,this mode can meet the development requirements of future power grid.
