Weighing has been an essential part of social production and life since ancient times.From the electronic scale used in the market in people’s daily life to the industrial scale used in industrial manufacturing,weighing has penetrated into all aspects of modern life.The initial weighing device is mainly a static weighing device with spring or lever as the core.With the popularization of modern production requirements,this device has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,weighing has entered a high-precision digital weighing mode with microprocessor as the core,and the research of high-speed dynamic electronic weighing solution has been developed rapidly.The application of dynamic weighing technology makes the enterprise reduce the material loss in the production process,realize the weighing without stopping in the operation process of the production line,and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,the research and application of high-speed dynamic electronic weighing system is of great significance to the market economy of various industries.This paper introduces a high-speed dynamic electronic weighing solution based on STC8 series single chip computer and CS5530 analog-to-digital converter.The overall structure of the system consists of load cell,data acquisition unit,data processing unit and data input and output unit.The data acquisition unit uses a 24 bit ADC chip with good dynamic performance,and the data processing unit uses an ultra-high speed 8051 core single chip microcomputer,so as to realize the high stability,high speed and high precision measurement of the system.The system interface design has both RS232 communication interface and RS485 communication interface.The communication protocol has SBI protocol and SICS protocol,which can ensure that the system can communicate with the mainstream weighing indicators used in the market.At the same time,it also takes into account the Modbus bus communication protocol to realize the simultaneous work of multiple devices in the industrial production process.In the process of hardware circuit design,filtering devices are used,decoupling circuit,bypass circuit,RC circuit and other filtering measures are used.At the same time,analog circuit and signal circuit are arranged in different areas.Copper covering follows the principle of digital protection and analog,so that the system has better EMC performance.In the part of software design,the assembly language with high efficiency is selected for programming.In the program design,the sliding average filtering method is used for digital filtering,which improves the accuracy of system measurement.The system has passed the EMC test with the frequency of 80MHz~2GHz and the intensity of 10V/m,and has reached the relevant standards of OIML R76 international recommendation in terms of anti-electromagnetic interference performance.Therefore,the system is more competitive in EMC performance than other dynamic weighing systems.The experimental results show that the high-speed dynamic electronic weighing system in this paper is feasible,and the test results show that the system has high accuracy and stability.Therefore,the system initially achieved the expected effect of the scheme design and has certain market use value and promotion significance.
