Study On Outdoor Space Of Open Resitential Area In Chengdu

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the residential structure of the city has also undergone great changes in the past two decades.People’s living environment is constantly developing and updating.Previously,China mainly focused on closed residential areas.Residential communities were enclosed by enclosures to limit the entry of outsiders.However,in the current era of diversified development of the world’s residential areas,China’s residential area model is also moving in a more diverse direction.The "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Urban Community Residents’ Committee" issued by China in November 2010 advocates the construction of new residential areas to eliminate walls and build open residential areas.On the one hand,open settlements can alleviate the current problem of urban traffic congestion to a certain extent.On the other hand,it can increase the efficiency of the use of public space resources within the settlements,thus further activating the vitality of the city.This article is also based on the current development trend of China’s residential areas,the goal of adhering to the principle of people-centered,indepth study of the open space of Chengdu residential settlement.The opening of residential areas to cities is an inevitable trend for the sustainable development of residential areas and cities.After studying the relevant theories in the first three chapters,based on the needs of user’s behavior and activities,the characteristics of open residential areas and open settlements The types of space and the components of the external space were combed,laying the foundation for subsequent texts.Chapter 4 selects three types of open-planned residential external spaces in Chengdu as research objects,conducts on-site investigations,and combines the user’s current status,respectively,with their structural layout,open hierarchy,and external space usage status.Carry out combing analysis,summarize the openness of the settlement and the characteristics of external space in different plane layouts.The fifth chapter of this article is based on the development and characteristics of the open settlements in the previous article,combined with the case study in the fourth chapter,extracting and summarizing the principles of the open-space design of open-space settlements,And further analysis of the status quo of external space in the survey,Trying to propose external space design strategies.The “opening” mentioned in open settlements should be a moderate level of openness rather than a simple concept of dismantling walls.After the settlement is opened,its external space will inevitably change.Therefore,how to create a high-quality open-planned external space is one of the important issues that we are facing the present.This requires us to study urban design theory and fully Based on the regional characteristics,and provides targeted reference and suggestions for the open space design of open residential areas in Chengdu in the future.
