Research On The Core Area Design Of Pastoral Complex Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

Rural complex is a brand new rural industry development model proposed by China under the premise of balanced urban and rural development,which takes leisure agriculture,creative agriculture and agricultural experience as the means to develop rural tourism,meet the needs of urban leisure and entertainment,healthy diet and other aspects,and promote rural development and integration of the three industries.The construction of the pastoral complex has a strong correlation with the surrounding cultural environment,ecological environment,economic environment and social environment,which affects the planning and architectural design of the pastoral complex.In different types of pastoral complex,there are areas that link all functional areas together,and play the core role of the pastoral complex by satisfying the functions of tourists such as catering,accommodation,entertainment,waiting for inquiries,experience and learning,etc.In the process of rapid development of pastoral complex,there are few researches related to this area.How to design it through scientific methods and make it develop healthily and sustainably is an urgent subject to be studied at present.Paper based on the development of the rural complex background,through literature reading method,field survey method,understand the current domestic and foreign development present situation and trend of specific research object,content,purpose,significance,etc,combined with the pastoral of synthesis and its similar concepts,put forward the concept and connotation of rural complex core;Then,starting from the analysis of excellent examples at home and abroad,the paper obtains the relevant influencing factors of the design of the core area of the pastoral complex from four aspects,namely,the general plane design,the road design,the architectural design and the landscape design,and extracts the design factors according to the size of the influence.By using the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation system of the design factors in the core area of the pastoral complex is scientifically analyzed to determine the weight ranking of the design factors.According to the analysis conclusion.Combined with the design of the core area of Sanxin Agricultural Park in Handan city,its application has been verified in practice.At the same time,I kept tracking the progress of the project,collected the problems in the process ofconstruction and use,and then put forward the optimization strategy for the continuous construction and design of the core area of Sanxin Agricultural Park.At present,the pastoral complex is still in the exploration stage of construction,and relevant theories and excellent examples are relatively scarce.From the perspective of architecture,the planning and architectural design research on the core area of the pastoral complex has certain practical application significance,and also provides references for similar design practices in the future.
