GXED company is a modern state-owned large energy group with gas industry as its main business,coal logistics and trade as its auxiliary industry,and traditional Chinese medicine health and pension as its emerging industry.In recent years,the company has achieved certain development results,but with the continuous expansion of the company’s business field,the market environment is facing more and more complexity,the current organizational structure can no longer support the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the organizational structure of GXED company needs to be optimized.In view of this,this article will study the organizational optimization of GXED company.The research ideas of this article are as follows:First,relevant theoretical and practical data is collected by means of literature analysis and work experience.Base on this,the problems of The current organizational structure of GXED company are initially identified,and the causes of the problem are analyzed;Secondly,through in-depth analysis of the contingency factors that affect the organizational structure optimization of GXED company,the main points of organizational structure optimization are derived;Thirdly,in combination with the principles and objectives of organizational structure design,the functional positioning of each level of the GXED company was redefined,and suggestions for optimization of the GXED company management model,the overall organizational structure framework,and the responsibilities of the headquarters department were put forward;Finally,the relevant measures to guarantee the implementation of the organizational structure optimization program are put forward.This article is based on the related theoretical research and practical exploration of the current state of the organizational structure of GXEDcompanies.This article optimizes the organizational structure of GXED companies in order to improve the operational efficiency of GXED companies and promote the rapid development of GXED companies.It is also hoped that this research can provide some reference for the optimization of the organizational structure of enterprises in the same industry.
