The rail catenary operating vehicle is used as a dedicated aerial work equipment,and as a special vehicle for the overhaul and maintenance of the catenary,the catenary operating vehicle is extremely widely used in electrified lines [1].The operation vehicle control and detection system is the core of the operation and operation of the track operation and maintenance vehicle.It not only ensures the normal operation of the operation vehicle in the section,but also ensures accurate control and precise operation during operation.However,the traditional control and detection system has some problems such as the difficulty of realizing some control and detection functions,the inadequate monitoring and detection and the inability to respond to the operator in time,so the research and optimization of the electrical control and detection system is necessary.The thesis takes the JW-4 track locomotive as the research object,and studies the use of PLC technology for locomotive control and detection systems.The system research includes two parts: the development of the upper computer control part and the development of the lower computer execution part.The upper computer control part uses the industrial computer combined with Win CC configuration software to develop the monitoring screen,and uses the Portal TIA Portal V14 software to design the PLC control program;the lower computer execution part uses Siemens S7-1500 as the main controller,and ET200 SP is the distributed I/O The expansion unit controls the content of the job,collects and analyzes the data of the detected objects;uses the TCP/IP protocol for data exchange between S7-1500 and Win CC.Sequential control,PID control and other strategies are adopted to realize action control,remote management and precise monitoring,so that the entire system runs stably and safely.The research content of this paper is carried out from the following aspects:First,the thesis first briefly analyzes the development history of the aerial operating vehicle and its control system,and introduces the composition and principle of the entire vehicle.Second,the thesis gives a brief introduction to the detection system,including the principle of the detection system,the detection object for the aerial operating vehicle,and the detection method of the failure.Third,the paper studies the software and hardware of the control and detection system,introduces each system module through the hardware configuration of the system,and designs part of the control program by clarifying the control object.Fourth,the paper introduces the remote management system,which collects real-time data from field signals,sends the collected data to the processor,and then displays it on the server.Finally,the paper debugged the designed system.Through the research and analysis of this paper,a PLC-based control and detection system for high-altitude operating vehicles on track is established,and corresponding control and detection schemes and strategies are proposed to achieve control requirements.The realization of the remote management system not only establishes a more convenient and good control platform for the operators,but also improves the efficiency of the operators,and has good practical and economic value.
