Application Research Of PMC Project Management Mode In Daxing Water Control Project

The long-term implementation of the traditional project management model of absolute separation of design and construction in the field of water conservancy construction in our country.This model has problems such as long construction periods,severe investment over budget,and so on,and has been unable to adapt to the rapid economic development.The PMC project management mode can better solve the problems of schedule lag and over-investment that often occur in engineering construction,and is widely used in foreign water conservancy construction projects.At the same time,in the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects in China,we have learned from foreign advanced management experience and methods,organically combined and innovated PMC project management theory with domestic water conservancy project construction,and successively introduced a series of policies to encourage and guide the development of PMC models,to improve the level of project management.This thesis first describes the concepts and characteristics of project management modes commonly used in water conservancy construction,and elaborates the concepts,features,types,and scope of application of PMC management modes,analyzes the differences between various modes in depth,and analyzes the advantages of PMC modes Feasibility and necessity of applying PMC model in water and water conservancy industry.Secondly,the specific construction plan of PMC model is proposed,including the establishment of PMC management organization and its specific work flow.Secondly,the concept,characteristics,types and scope of application of the PMC management model are explained,and the PMC model is compared with the four project management modes commonly used in China’s water conservancy project construction.Selecting a project management mode suitable for China’s water conservancy project construction to provide a theoretical basis.At the same time,combined with the actual case of Tongren Daxing Water Conservancy Project management project,the construction situation of the project is introduced in detail,and the concrete methods and results of PMC mode in construction quality,project progress,safety production,contract management,archives management and information management are analyzed.And through the questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,gray evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish an evaluation model to evaluate the performance of project management implementation.The evaluation results show that the performance level of the PMC project of the Daxing Water Conservancy Project is very good,proving that after the project adopts the PMC model,the project construction has been effectively controlled,the construction progress,cost,quality and safety and other management effects have been significant,and the project’s expected goals have been achieved.Further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of applying PMC mode to water conservancy projects.Through the research in this article,I hope to provide reference and help for similar water conservancy construction projects to adopt PMC mode.
