Study On Evaluation And Selection Of Sub Contractors Of Water Conservancy Project

Water conservancy construction project has the characteristics of a large investment, almost all of the projects are related to subcontract. Through the sub package, you can use the professional team complete more difficult projects or part of the project work. The selection of subcontractors will directly determine whether the project is completed on time and quality.In the thesis, how to evaluation and selection in water conservancy project subcontractors is the problem which needs to solve. Combined with the existing engineering evaluation methods, the sub-contractor is evaluated and selected by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly, research status at home and abroad as well as related theory analysis are introduced. Then present situation of water conservancy project subcontractor selection is analyzed, research for the water conservancy project bidding mechanisms are completed, the characteristics of the water conservancy project subcontracting are analyzed, the deposit problem for water conservancy project subcontractors are introduced. After this, the comprehensive evaluation of water conservancy engineering subcontractor is carried out, the construction of the subcontractor evaluation system of water conservancy projects is completed, three major evaluation system is formed. Finally engineering case is studied, the actual evaluation of the subcontractor is completed, the index weights of the subcontractor evaluation system are determined by AHP, at the same time, four subcontractor is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and corresponding decision results are formed.
