The mountain area of Chongqing planted flue-cured tobacco was important production base produced middle flavor style fine flue-cured tobacco in China. However,it seriously restricted the production and development in fine flue-cured tobacco in mountain area of Chongqing that lack of soil organic matter, strong leaching and poor ability hold fertility.Currently,to improve the production of flue-cured tobacco,a large numbers of inorganic fertilizers were excessively applied into mountain soil, that resulted in the decrease of the quality of tobacco leaves and soil micro-ecological environment imbalance. In this study,it were in detail analyzed that the effects of applied level organic fertilizer fermented by cow manure on soil physical and chemical properties, soil microbial community structure, growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco variety(K326).The feasible options that improve soil ecological properties in mountain soil were proposed and corresponding mechanism were explained. This study laid a solid foundation for highlight the specific feature only belonging to flue-cured tobacco in mountain area. The main findings are as follows:1.This experiments were conducted to explore the effect of the organic fertilizer applied level on soil nutrient index and soil enzyme activity planted tobacco. The results showed that application of organic fertilizers significantly improved soil nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and organic matter content. At same time, the application of organic fertilizers effected soil enzyme activity.Of which, some enzymes activity including acid phosphatase, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase enzymes, superoxide enzymes and sucrose in T2(450 kg/hm2)and T3(900 kg/hm2)were significantly increased in comparison to T1(Control).That showed that the application of organic fertilizer could improve soil physical and chemical properties, and promote growth and development of tobacco root and the absorption and utilization of nutrients. Thus, applications of organic fertilizer were more beneficial to the growth of flue-cured tobacco.2.This experiments were conducted to study the effect of organic fertilizer applied level on soil microbial functional diversity planted tobacco. The results indicated that application of organic fertilizers could obviously enhance the number of microbial populations derived from the fungus, bacteria and actinomycetes in tobacco-plating soils.Along with increasing of the levels applied organic fertilizers, the number of soil microbial populations correspondingly raised. The ability of soil microbial that absorbed carbohydrates, amino acids, polymers, amines, carbon source material were highly enhanced, that improved soil microbial functional diversity. These results demonstrated that the levels applied organic fertilizers have positive influence for enriching the number and community structure of soil microbial, and the soil micro-ecological environment were thus improved to promote development of tobacco roots.3.This experiments were conducted to study effect of application of organic fertilizer on the plant growth in the field. The results showed that application of organic fertilizers could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, and improved the agronomic characters including leaf length, leaf width, stem circumference etc.At same time, application of organic fertilizers could significantly improve physiological and biochemical properties of flue-cured tobacco leave that included sucrose syntheses, sucrose phosphate syntheses, nitrate reeducates, peroxidase and superoxide activity. In addition, application of organic fertilizers promoted accumulation of dried matters in tobacco plants.Of which, the total dry matter accumulation in T2(450 kg/hm2)and T3(900 kg/hm2)were increased by 7.45%and 15.45%in the mature period compared to T1,respectively.Those demonstrate that application of organic fertilizers could promote the growth and development of tobacco plant, and regulated the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of tobacco plants.4.This experiments were conducted to study the effect of application of organic fertilizer on fule-cured tobacco quality and yield. The results indicated that application of organic fertilizers could significantly increase the sugar and potassium content in tobacco leaves, improved coordination of the chemical composition in fule-cured tobacco, and increased the total amount of aroma components. The content of aroma substances in T2(450 kg/hm2)and T3(900 kg/hm2)were increased by 4.38%and 11.80%in the middle leaves compared with T1,respectively.Application of organic fertilizers can significantly increase the economic characters;at the same time improve the quality of fule-cured tobacco.Compared with T1,the output yield in T2(450 kg/hm2)and T3(900 kg/hm2)were increased by 7.57%and 4.43%,respectively.Simultaneously,the corresponding output value of T2 and T3 were increased by 21.72%and 11.27%,respectively.Those demonstrated that organic fertilizer can significantly increase the economic traits of tobacco and improved the quality of tobacco leaves. In conclusion, the application of organic fertilizer significantly improved physical and chemical properties and enriched soil microbial community structure in soil planted tobacco. At same time, the application of organic fertilizer also promoted growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and provided the output yield and quality of tobacco leaves.By contrast, the organic fertilizer applied level with 450 kg/hm2(T2)brought greatest benefits, which suitable to been spread and applied in mountain area of Chongqing planted tobacco.
