The dry pile problem of Camellia oleifera is a major obstacle of Camellia oleifera pile spikegarden construction and low yield forest grafting now,according to the results of the investigation of the phenomenon of Camellia oleifera,from the rootstock diameter,grafting height,scion number,different dressing methods,different covering methods,different drugs and different hormone treatment designed to carry out the high grafting dry pile test of camellia oleifera.Through three aspects of the survival rate,the growth of young sprout and the dgree of dry pile,the key factors influencing the high grafting of Camellia oleifera were analyzed and discussed,the purpose of the study was to explore the optimum technology of top grafting of Camelia oleifera for the practical production.The main results as follows:(1)The results of investigation on the high grafting degree of the camellia oleifera showed that:the effect of five factors on the degree of the dry pile is highly significant.the bark abdomen grafting,rootstock diameter 2-6cm and low retention curing height,the degree of dry pile is low;the degree of the dry pile of the Hua Jin and Xiang Lin XLJ15 were significantly lower than those of other varieties;the degree of the dry pile of lateral grafting position is low.(2)The results of the survival rate factor of the high grafting of the camellia oleifera showed that:rootstock diameter 4-6cm,grafting height 60cm,scion number is 2 or 3,binding methods using transparent film and foil,sealing treatment using sealing wax,drugs treatment using bactericide,or using IAA treatment,the grafting survival rate was the highest,and rootstock grafting height on graft survival was not obvious.(3)The results of young sprout growth factor in the experiment of the high grafting of Camellia oleifera showed that:rootstock diameter is larger,grafting height 60cm,scion number is 2 or 3,binding methods using transparent film and foil,sealing treatment using sealing wax,or using IAA treatment,the young sprout growth was the highest,and different drugs treatment on young sprout growth was not obvious.(4)The results of the dry pile factor of the high grafting of the camellia oleifera showed that:rootstock diameter 4-6cm,grafting height 60cm,scion number is 2 or 3,binding methods using foil,sealing treatment using sealing wax,drugs treatment using preservative,or using IAA treatment,the percentage of dry pile was the smallest,and the degree of the dry pile the lowest.(5)Comprehensive factors were considere:rootstock diameter 2-6cm,grafting height 60cm,scion number is 2 or 3,binding methods using foil,sealing treatment using sealing wax,or using IAA treatment,the grafting survival rate was the highest,the young sprout growth was the highest,and the percentage of dry pile was the smallest,and the degree of the dry pile the lowest.
