In the artificial introduction and expand the scope of cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine,the plant secondary metabolites may change because of the changing original growing environment.Then the quality of Chinese herbal medicine change.Biological flavonoides are widely distributed in nature.In recent years,people find many new species and physiological function of biological flavonoides as the improvement of research methods and techniques,especially especially against free radicals and anti-cancer.The essay mainly study the alcohol soluble ultrasonicc extraction method and ethanol extract of ethyl acetate phase containing compounds of biological flavonoides in Euscaphis Tsubaki leaves.The paper set up different cultivation areas,harvest season,fertilization schedule,and so on.The eassy mainly study the mainly cultivation measures and factors which influence the accumulation of biological flavonoides in biological flavonoides.The results showed that:1、In this paper,extracted of the Euscaphis konishii leaves collectd by using ethanol as extraction solvent,then extracted the crude extracts by organic solvents,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,butanol extraction of,and collect extract components,carres out the GC-MS analysis.The results showd that GC-MS test of the communist party of China detected 77 peaks,identified 29 of these substances,mainly include alcohol,benzene,ketones,esters,acids compounds.5 kinds of alcohol,relative content was 1.0358%,4 kinds of acid compounds,relative content was 81.2077%,4 kinds of the benzene compounds,relative content was 0.2759%,3 kinds of ketones compounds,the relative content was 0.9135%,4 kinds of amine compounds,the relative content was 0.2577%,2 kinds of alkanes compounds,the relative content was 0.3511%,1 kind of ester compounds,relative content was 0.0865%,phenolic compounds,relative content was 1.891%,1 kind of alkene compounds,relative content was 0.037%.2、By single factor experiment to determine the effect four factors of Euscaphis Tsubaki blade extraction rate of the three orthogonal levels,respectively,solid-liquid ratio(1:20,1:30,1:40),the concentration of ethanol(60%,70%,80%),ultrasonic power(175 W,200 W,225 W),the ultrasonic time(25 min,30 min,35 min).Using three levels of four factors to establishe L934 orthogonal design table,the results showed that on Euscaphis Tsubaki blade extraction rate of primary and secondary order effects is ultrasonic time>solid-liquid ratio>ethanol concentration>ultrasonic power.To get the high extraction efficiency of total flavonoids,the paper chose the project of A1B3C2D3.So solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,the ethanol concentration of 80%,ultrasonic power is 200W and ultrasonic time is 35 minutes.3、Different cultivated area will affect the accumulation of flavonoids.The paper showed that,the lowest of total flavonoids is nongda,the highese of total flavonoids is minqing.There are significant differences between other areas except shaowu and qingliu.4、With the different of collection month of Euscaphis Tsubaki,the content of flavonoids was in a in a rising trend as time goes on since May.The total flavonoids was highest in november,then it went down.5、Dry matter accumulation of Euscaphis Tsubaki would be affect by different fertilization measures.Effect of nitrogen fertilizer on branches and leaves of dry matter performance of N2>N3>N1>N0,it shows that a certain amount of nitrogen fertilizer could increase dry matter accumulation.But excessive nitrogen fertilizer could reduce the branches and leaves dry matter accumulation,effect of phosphatic fertilizer on branches dry mater performance of P2>P3>P1>P0,and P2>P1>P3>P0 of leaves dry matter.It shows that a certain amount of phosphatic fertilizer could increse dry matter accumulation.But excessive phosphatic fertilizer could reduce the branches and leaves dry matter accumulation,effect of potassic fertilizer on branches dry matter performance of K2>K3>K1>K0,and K2>K1>K3>K0 of leaves,it shows that a certain amount of potassic fertilizer could increse dry matter accumulation.But excessive potassic fertilizer could reduce the branches and leaves dry matter accumulation.6、Through regression analysis fitting total flavonoids of Euscaphis Tsubaki and N,P,K fertilizer effect.The paper made a equation.It showed that applying N,P,K fertilizer recommendation fertilizer rate were 0.05991 Kg,0.287Kg,0.248Kg.The paper get the highest flavonoid yield strains were 0.0323Kg/plant,0.0349Kg/plant,0.0336Kg/plant;Recommended fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus interaction were 0.8019 Kg/strain and 0.3635 Kg/plant,the highest yield was 0.0325 Kg/plant,nitrogen and potassium interaction recommended fertilizer rate were 0.5844 Kg/plant and 0.3122 Kg/plant,the maximum yield was 0.0327 Kg/plant,phosphorus,potassium interaction recommended fertilizer were 0.2481 Kg/plant and 0.2866 Kg/plant,the maximum yield was 0.034 Kg/plant;Three factors interaction recommended fertilizer N,P,K were 0.7276 Kg/plant,0.2326 Kg,0.4122 Kg/plant,the maximum yield was 0.0363 Kg/plant.
