Good quality of tobacco leaf weas the result of various factors,coordination,including fertilizer factors.Perfect fertilization technology not only focused on the importance of the ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium to the high quality tobacco production,but also combined with the fertilizer law of the soil and fertilize,choosing the proper fertilization way and fertilizer form,in order to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.This study adopted the method of field experiment,studying the effect of different flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer ratio of phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,putting forward the appropriate flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer ratio of phosphorus and potassium on different types of soil in Longyan cigarette area,and studying the influence of different fertilization methods and different fertilizer forms on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.The main results are as follows:1 After the planting of flue-cured tobacco,the average content of soil alkaline hydrolysis N reduced 1.8%,the average content of soil effective phosphorus increased by 10.2%,the average content of soil en,eective potassium increased by 109.61%,comparing with the average content of before.It illustrated that there was a small change of the content of soil alkaline hydrolysis N,but the content of soil effective phosphorus and soil effective potassium increased,after the harvest.2 The effect of different flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer ratio of phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco in yellow plasterwork field:In yellow plasterwork field,the height of P2K3?N:P2O5:K2O=10:7:21?treatnent tobacco plant was 125.9 cm,higher than other treatments,tobacco plant,and the effective leaf number of P2K3 treatment was 18.67 pieces,more than other treatments';the height and effective leaf number of PZKZ?N:PZOS:K2O=10:7:18?treatment's tobacco plant was 124.93 cm,18.00 pieces respectively,no significant difference with P2K3?N:PZO5:K2O=10:7:21?treatment.The reducing sugar and total sugar content of P2K2 treatment upper leaves was 21.71%,19.08%respectively,in the appropriate range,the reducing sugar and total sugar content of other treatment upper leaves on the low side;the total sugar content of each treatment middle leaves,P3K3?N:P2O5:K2O=10:9:21?,P2K2 and P1K3?N:P2O5:K2O=10:5:21?treatments' lower leaves were in the appropriate range,but the total sugar content of the rest treatments were on the low side;the potassium chloride ratio of P2K2 treatment upper leaves,middle leaves and lower leaves were 12.48,10.57 and 10.26 respectively,being relatively close to the appropriate value 10.The tobacco chemical composition content and percentage of P2K2 treatment were more appropriate than other treatment in yellow plasterwork field.The output value of P2K2 treatment flue-cured tobacco was 2251.97 yuan/666.67m2,being significantly higher than P3K3,P3K2 and P3K1?N:P2O5:K2O=10:9:15?treatment,increased by 17.89%,26.42%and 17.89%respectively,while no significant difference with other treatment.The production of P2K3 treatment flue-cured tobacco was the highest,significantly higher than P3K3,P3K2?N:P2O5:K2O=10:9:18?,P2K1 and P1K1 treatment,increased by 1.78%,21.87%,21.78%and 21.87%respectively,while no significant difference with other treatment.3 The effect of different flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer ratio of phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco in plaster field:In plaster field,the height of P3K1 treatment tobacco plant was 123.60 cm,no significant difference with P2KI treatment,while significantly higher than other treatments.The output value and production of P3K2 treatment was 2968.86 yuan/666.67m,,132.00kg/666.67m2 respectively,higher than other treatment;The output value and production of P3K1 treatment is 2930.35 yuan/666.67m2,127.77kg/666.67m2 respectively,no significant difference with P3K2 treatment.Just the total nicotine content of P3K3,P2K2 and P1K3 treatments' upper leaves were in appropriate range,the total nicotine content of the rest treatments being larger than 3.5%;the sugar nicotine ratio of each treatment upper leaves were on the low side,and the sugar nicotine ratio of P3K1 treatment was 7.79,higher than other treatments.The total chlorine content of P3K1,PIK2 and P1K1 treatment upper leaves were in the appropriate scope?0.3%-0.8%?,while the total chlorine content of the rest treatments'upper leaves,each treatment middle leaves and each treatment lower leaves were on the low side.The potassiun chloride ratio of each treatment middle leaves and lower leaves were on the high side;the potassium chloride ratio of P3K1 treatment middle leaves was 12.68,lower than other treatment;the potassium chloride ratio of P3K1 and P1K1 treatments lower leaves were 13.80 and 13.26 respectively,lower than other treatment;The tobacco chemical composition content and percentage of P3K1 treatment was more appropriate than other treatment in plaster field.4 The effect of different flue-cured tobacco specific fertilizer ratio of phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco in green plaster field:The height,stem girth,pitch and effective leaf number of each treatment flue-cured tobacco had no significant difference in in green plaster field.The production and proportion of superior tobacco of P1K3 treatment were 2742.9lyuan/666.67m2,30.2%respectively,higher than other treatments;the production and proportion of superior tobacco of PIK2 treatment were 2726.90yuan/666.67m2,28.10%respectively,no significant difference with PIK3 treatment.Just the sugar nicotine ratio of P1K2 treatment upper leaves was in the appropriate scope?8-12?,other treatments upper leaves being on the low side;the sugar nicotine ratio of P1K1 and P3K3 on the high side,the rest treatments middle leaves being in the appropriate scope?8-12?;the sugar nicotine ratio of P3K3,P1K3,P1K2 and P1K1 treatments lower leaves were in the appropriate scope?8-12?,the rest treatments lower leaves being on the high side.The potassium chloride ratio of P1K2 treatment upper leaves,middle leaves and lower leaves was 9.83,10.81,10.88 respectively,being relatively close to the appropriate value 10.The tobacco chemical composition content and percentage of P1K2 treatment was more appropriate than other treatment in green plaster field5 The effect of different fertilization methods on the growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco:60 days after transplanting of tobacco plant,the height of 4 treatment plant was 129.97cm,higher than other treatments;the height of 6 and 7 treatment was 124.43?127.20cm respectively,no significant difference with 4 treatment.The effective leaf number of 7 treatment plant is 21.00 pieces,more than other treatments;the effective leaf number of 6 treatment plant is 20.67 pieces,no significant difference with 7 treatment.The output value and production of 1 treatment was 2061.77yuan/666.67m2,132.3kg/666.67m2 respectively,higher than other treatment;The output value and production of 1 treatment was 2027.63yuan/666.67m2,127.7kg/666.67m2 respectively,no significant difference with 1 treatment.The total nicotine content of 1 and 6 treatments upper leaves were 3.19%,3.37%respectively,in appropriate range;the total nicotine content of the rest treatments upper leaves being on the high side.The nitrogen alkali ratio of l,3 and 5 treatments middle leaves were greater than 1,outside the appropriate range????1?,the nitrogen alkali ratio of the rest treatments middle leaves being in the appropriate scope.The total sugar content of each treatnents middle leaves were on the high side,outside the appropriate range?18%-24%?;the total sugar content of 6 treatment middle leaves was 24.37%,lower than other treatment.Just the reducing sugar content of l.6 and 7 treatment middle leaves in appropriate range?16%-22%?,the reducing sugar content of the rest treatments middle leaves on the high side.The sugar nicotine ratio of each treatment upper leaves were on the low side,and the sugar nicotine ratio of 6 treatment upper leaves was 6.53,higher than other treatments.60 days after transplanting of tobacco plant,the height,stem girth,effective leaf number,the largest leaf length and width of A treatnent?granular fertilize?was 122.50cm,9.53cm,17.67pieces,79.77cm and 34.6cm respectively,no significant difference with B treatment?BB fertilizer?,while being significant difference with C treatment?aqueous solution fertilizer?.The output value and production of A treatment was 2197,33 yuan/666.67m2,125.13kg/666.67m2 respectively;The output value and production of B treatment was 2097.45yuan/666.67m2,117.67kg/666.67m2 respectively,no signifieant differenee with A treatment.The total nitrogen content of C treatment upper leaves was 3.52%,on the high side;The total nitrogen content of A treatment and B treatment upper leaves were in appropriate range.The nitrogen alkali ratio of A treatment upper leaves and middle leaves were in appropriate range,while the nitrogen alkali ratio of A treatment lower leaves being bigger than 1;The nitrogen alkali ratio of B treatment and C treatment middle leaves were in appropriate range,while the nitrogen alkali ratio of B treatment and C treatment upper leaves and lower leaves being bigger than 1.The total sugar content of A treatment upper leaves was 22.23%,being in appropriate range?18%-24%?;the total sugar content
