Studies On The Development Of Participatory Under-forest Economy

Along with the social development of undergrowth and change the way of economic development,on forests growing research and practice of economic development,especially the highlights problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China,ecological civilization construction and the construction of new rural background,the economic development in forests attention of the society from all walks of life.This article will focus on forests economic development of the related research situation and problems in Wuping county,fujian province,in order to provide specific under-forest economy and valuable academic reference,and hope that the research can help the development of economic practice in forests of the fujian province,and provide certain reference significant to other parts of the areas.In this paper,we use participatory and sustainable development,ecological economics and others related theory,through the questionnaire survey on the sample area,field interviews and literature research,combined with case study method and regression analysis method,to research of forest economy development in Wuping county from the perspective of participatory.First of all,through the introduction to forestry development situation in Wuping county,then conclude the development rapidly of forests economy in recent years,and became the focus of the forestry economic development,then the research object is analyzed by under-forest planting,breeding industry and existing several main forests of forms of Places in economic development respectively.it is concluded that in the traditional development efficiency is low,forest undergrowth working enthusiasm is not high question has restricted the economic development of conclusions.Then introduce the Wuping county explore undergrowth participatory economic development pattern,undergrowth and become the breach of the further development of the economy,at the same time get promoted and the present situation of this model and participate in the process of the goal of the subject.Secondly,combining with case analysis of the east for township farmers participate in forests are analyzed in detail in the process of economic behavior,and the effect of villagers’ participation,analyzes its development of forest participation is not high,the forest land circulation is not standard,to participate in the lack of money to drive and low level of education and participation in forest and forest participation is not high is the main problem.Again to Lin participation is not high as the breakthrough point,using the regression analysis on the economic development of farmers to participate in the forests to empirical research,it is concluded that forest undergrowth in owned woodland area more or larger economic level of high or the government policy support or economic development forests can improve the situation of income to actively involved in the forests of economic development.Finally for the appeal to their participation as the basis,according to the proposed the most main is to improve the current farmers to participate in the enthusiasm and improve the target group participation,at the same time should be involved in forest land circulation,the increase in funding,strengthen the education and training and other measures,so as to guide more forest undergrowth is more reasonable to participate in the economic development.
