Research On Economic Development Model And Efficiency Optimization Of Under-forest In Qingfeng County Of Puyang City

The under-forest economy is a new type of forestry development,and it is a new thing that emerged in the context of the fundamental transformation of China’s forestry development strategy and the significant progress in collective forest rights reform.Its purpose is to create a considerable economic benefit while not forgetting the protection of the ecological environment and achieving the sustainable development of the forestry economy.The economic development of the under-forest is closely related to the promotion of forest farmers’ income and the consolidation of the results of collective forest rights reform.As a demonstration county in under-forest economic,Henan Province,Qingfeng County is rich in forest resources.The county has a forest area of 262,200 mu,a forest coverage rate of 26%,and a total standing stock of more than 1.05 million cubic meters.Significant results have been achieved in the process.This paper takes the development model of under-forest economy in Qingfeng County as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the related concepts of under－forest economy and the theoretical basis of supporting the full.text research.Through field visits,questionnaires and literature review,the relevant data are obtained for Qingfeng County.The specific situation of the economic development under the forest has been analyzed.It is found that there are problems such as low enthusiasm for forest farners,insufficient financial support,lack of leading enterprises,and imperfect model development in the local economic development of the under-forest,which hinders the economy of the county.Healthy development needs to be resolved.Secondly,on the basis of the DEA analysis method,combined with the actual situation of the under-forest economy in Qingfeng County,and referring to the relevant literature,under the premise of the correlation analysis of the input and output indicators,it is suitable to carry out the development mode of the local under-forest economy.The index system of efficiency analysis,and then use CCR,BCC and Malmquist models to carry out static efficiency analysis and dynamic efficiency analysis of Qingfeng County’s under-forest economic development models in 2012-2018 respectively;and separately for the county’s 2018 data.Based on the analysis,the improvement goals and proportions of each model are proposed.Through analysis,it is found that there are differences in efficiency among different development models,and the differences arc obvious.It is a long way to go to promote the healthy and rapid development of the local under-forest economy.Finally,based on the results of the efficiency model analysis and integrated into the problems found in the field investigation of Qingfeng County,the proposed countermeasures for the development of the forest under the county are proposed,in order to be able to formulate the next development plan for the local under-forest economy.To a certain reference role.
