The Forestry Farmers’ Demand Of Production Class Public Information Service Research Of Fujian

With the advancement of Internet+government service in our country,the government’s advantage in big data will provide the powerful support for the government to continue to improve their level of public services.At the same time,the government public information services as one of important government public service function,the technical supports such as service ability in cloud computing are also increase rapidly.But can not be ignored is that the Chinese government public information service is still in its infancy,widespread public information service items is not complete,low efficiency of information sharing problem.Among them,as required by the forestry informationization construction in China,face and forestry production which is directly related to the kind of public information,the forestry farmers are still unable to enjoy a sound public information service.Therefore,understanding the forestry farmers ’real demand of forestry production which is directly related to the kind of public information is very important.And it has important significance to satisfy the demand of forestry farmers for building the public service-oriented government.As a big province of forestry in China,the forest coverage rate of Fujian province is the highest.This study selected four key forest zones like yongan city,youxi county in sanming city,liancheng county in liancheng city,yongtai county in fuzhou city.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the public information service status about forest production in Fujian province,find the core of forest information service needs.On this basis,in order to operate the individual characteristics,inducing factors,production class public access to information service,information quality,and pay of forest will,recognition of information service personnel of forest as the production of forest public information service demand forecast factors,respectively using multiple linear regression factors influencing demand for information services for forest production and forest production auxiliary information service demand influence factors for empirical analysis,found that the influence factors of two types of public information service needs both the similarities and differences.Among them,the health status of forest farmers,information pertinence,access to information of forest service channel number,shifting paid intend to two types of public information service needs a positive impact.In forest production main information service,family income and forestry information timeliness will be a positive impact on demand.And equipments are more complete,the information service personnel evaluation is higher,but the smaller the demand of the public information service of forest farmers.In forest production auxiliary information service,the less recognition in the village of forest network signal,the farmers think they need more public information service to meet their own needs.Which can be found that the impact factors and the inpact process are different in kinds of public information service demand.Therefore,in order to improve the government public information service quality,must be targeted to take countermeasures to improve the level of public information service.First of all,to promote the public information service quality,optimize the public information service content.Second,expand the channels of public information service,improve the public information service facilities.Again,the establishment of information service personnel,improve the supply of information service mode.Fourth,take advantage of the public information service network,increasing the income of forest forestry production.Finally,to strengthen publicity and education of forest farmers,to improve information literacy of forest farmers.
