The Research On Construction Of The Forestry Information Service Platform Of The Response Of Public Appeal

It was proposed in<The national forestry information construction programs> that through 5-10 years efforts, the application level of informatization of forestry in China should be improved, and the sharing of forestry information resources should be realized to provide comprehensive, rapid and accurate information service for the public, which has been promulgated by the State Forestry Administration in 2009. After China's successful accession to the WTO, with the increasingly fierce competition for China's forestry industry market, the demands for forestry information have become more and more urgent to the public who need to rely on effective forestry information service in their daily life. Under such situations, the active development of wide-ranging contents and various forms of forestry information services has been required to construct the forestry information service platform for users at all levels in the field of forestry. Based on this idea, by making full use of modern information technology, communication technology as well as network technology, the response of public appeal forestry information service platform has been established in this paper to provide a platform for the public to gain the forestry informations and release forest products informations, as well as to let the public acquire a prompt understanding of the dynamic forestry market. Besides, this information platform also could provide a real-time forestry information service for the public. The establish of this platform could be a beneficial attempt for the construction of the innovative forestry information service platform.The following jobs have been completed in the construction of forestry information service platform of the response of public appeal:(1) In order to understand the public concern in forestry information service category and the preference for public to obtain information, by random sampling method,we made a questionnaire survey conducted by the residents in the Wuzhou city of Guangxi province and the forestry farmers in the forestry reform village.(2) By consulting document, analyzing related professional website,consider what types of information they have provide, combined with questionnaires research results, make specific classification of the platform content. Mainly divided into six types:forestry labor information, forestry capital goods, forest products supply/demand information, forestry science/technology information, flowers information, forest policies and regulations. In the basis of the forestry information category, collected the sources of information website and classified them.(3) Design of the platform subject framework, ascertain the system service mode. The system using customer/function/database layers of three-layer structure, there have six receptionist released module and three background management module, then design each function module of the system. Including information release design, system management design, information collection component design, system database design, user role and permissions design.(4)Design the software environment of the platform, and realized the platform's operation.By the realization and application of the platform, the following conclusions have been obtained:The platform which gathered the function of information extracting, releasing and information acquisition service, has offered a new mode for information service. The use of three layers structure and component technology make the platform more advantageous for security, upgrade, retractility and extensibility. Make full use of the current Internet resources in the information data acquisition. The use of Htmlparser technology can make us collect information from the Internet more accurately., and reduced the cost of development of the system. In the process of platform we considered versatile, in order to provide the information service industry a new template and demonstration. Although the platform has better direction in its content and make innovation in its technology, but in information service content and service means there still have needs to improve.
