Study On Cultivation Technology Of Red Globe Grape's Good Quality And High Yield In Guizhou

To establish the best planting pattern of good quality and high yield for Red Globe Grape, the effects of young plant's propagation, planting space, simple shelter cultivation for rainfall preventing, reshaping prunes, and plant growth regulators on the yield and quality of the grape were studied. The corresponding management measurements for fertilizer and water were provided based on the study of fruits growth disciplinarian. Meanwhile, the integrated control measurements were proposed based on the research on the occurrences regulation of diseases and pests of Red Globe Grape.Vitis heyneana (Roem. et Schult.) has highest survival ratio (90.78%) and the seedling has best quality when it grafted with Red Globe Grape compared with other wild grape resource Vitis quinquangularis (Roem. et Schult), Vitis davidii Foex (Roman. Du Caill.) and Ampelopsis sinica(W.T.Wang).Also, the Red Globe Grape can have highest yield when Vitis heyneana (Roem. et Schult.) grafted with it, the average yield of four-year tree was up to 3.87 kg, which was remarkably higher than the Red Globe Grape seedlings itself. The quality of fruit was the best, and the content of total soluble solid was 15.8% and proportion of solid to acid was 32.9In Guiyang area, the optimal planting space was 2m×1m, 3m×1m could be reasonable.The simple shelter cultivation for rainfall preventing was the best planting pattern. Compare with open field planting pattern, the average incidence of disease decreased, and the life of leaves was longer, also the quality and yield was obviously improved in the shelter cultivation. The average yield increased 401.6kg per 667 m² and the net income increased 1969.6 yuan. The yield of the reshaping prunes with single truck and more main vines was the same with the traditional prunes, but the quality of Red Globe Grape remarkably improved, the proportion of solid to acid increased from 32.9 to 36.4.Reasonable using of plant growth regulators could remarkably improve the yield of Red Globe Grape. The average weight of single grain, average weight of inflorescences, and yield per plant obviously increased even their quality were the same in the 7 treatments. The E treatment which is 25mg/L GA₃+20 mg/L CPPU used 10 days after flowering increased 31.58% compared with CK.There were 3 stages for the fruit growth of Red Globe Grape, the first stage called the first fastigium was in the middle of May to end of June in Guiyan area. Second stage called slow growth stage was in the early July to end of July around 25 days. Third stage called second fastigium was in the early August to the middle of September around 55 days. If fertilizer and water used according to different requirements of each stage, so the good quality, high and steady yield in Red Globe Grape can be reached.The main diseases were black pox, gray mold, powdery mildew, downy mildew on Red Globe Grape in Guizhou. Occurrence of black pox was in the end of March to the middle of April. Occurrence of gray mold was in the end of April to the middle of May. Powdery mildew was in the middle of June to the end of July and downy mildew was in the early August to the end of October. The main pests were longicorn and noctuid. Occurrence of longicorn was in May to June and the noctuid was in the end of July to the early September. Agricultural and chemical preventing measurement were proposed according to occurrence regulations of diseases and pests.
