With the country's support and promotion of land transfer,large-scale operation has become the mainstream of agricultural production trends.In recent years,the progress of information and equipment technology has led to the advancement of precision fertilization projects for cultivated land production.Cultivated land management can improve the efficiency of fertilizer use,reduce soil nutrient residues,reduce the risk of loss of hazardous substances to groundwater,and reduce the risk of soil emissions from greenhouse gases,both in time and space.It's one of the effective measures to improve efficiency,increase production and reduce the environmental risks,i.e eutrophication.This study is based on the soil nutrient analysis data of the cultivated land and the corresponding geospatial data,and utilizing the inverse distance weighted interpolation(IDW)and Kriging interpolation method to study the spatial variability of cultivated land usage data in Lujiang County,Hefei.Based on the Web GIS technology,B / S architecture,combined with the system feasibility and user requirements,based on the Super Map control for secondary development,and using SQL Server 2005 software,the cultivated nutrient information database of cultivated land in Lujiang County was established,and fertilization model was proposed with the formula fertilization algorithm;according to various requirements of farmers from the different levels,the soil arable land management and precision fertilization system which service mainly for new management entity was established to refine the system functional partition and achieve the multiple functions like the electronic management of arable land resources,soil nutrient space query,special analysis and fertilization recommendation.(1)Utilizing Windows Server2008 + SQL2005 as the system platform,and Tomcat7.0 web application server as software foundation of Web GIS system,the system achieves remote sensing image and spatial entity layer integration;meets up with the user requirements such as for spatial location query,map zoom,layer annotation,and attribute information access;accomplishes the scientific management for spatial and attribute data and the various connection establishment based on the database system,establishes farmland nutrient management and precision fertilization background information management system,and implements data input,deletion,modification and publication.(2)Based on the system function modules and the overall architecture,the system database is established.According to the content it is divided into two categories.spatial database is designed for the space entity information,including the scope of ownership,land samples,sampling points,soil types and grid images,and storage and access functions in a certain time span.And the attribute database is a qualitative and quantitative description of the attributes of the field entity name,length,and decimal places for the spatial entity attribute table.(3)Generate a management unit with a new management entity as the service object,and on the basis of the cultivated land management unit,the management unit with the designated boundary of the new management entity corresponding to the designated number of the land shall retain the administrative area at the same time,Operating the main block coding attribute.The same unit of cultivated land ownership is consistent,the new management of the main management unit and the new business entities were more than a set of a set of relations,a new business entity can have multiple management units,each unit only for a new business entity,the farmland nutrient fertility Attributes are attached to the unit one by one.According to the spatial variability of cultivated land in the study area,the grading of the nutrient grading standard was carried out according to the standard.Using the regression analysis function provided by the system,the corresponding fertilization model was established by using the "3414" test results of rice in the study area.(4)Based on the new management entity as the management unit and the Web GIS spatial information management platform,the cultivated land management and precision fertilization system of the new management subject are constructed.Besides the soil nutrient query was implemented to recommend the fertilization via the soil nutrient zoning management to the soil nutrient content of the study area.Different fertilizers were recommended for different regions and different crops.The construction and application of this research system will satisfy the requirement of precision fertilization information in the field of new management.It is of essential significance to promote precision fertilization,increase crop yield and quality,reduce fertilization rate,improve fertilizer utilization rate and improve farmland ecological environment.
