For the years’ experiences of natural productivity evaluation of cultivated land,combining testing and formula fertilization farmland productivity evaluation programwith field tests, according to the result of both farmland productivity evaluation and“1314” experiments, using fuzzy mathematical method, AHP, dissimilar subtractionand nutrient in the index method, adopting 《county domain cultivated land resourcesmanagement information system v4.0》software, dividing the farmland fertility ratingsof Heshui county and counting the soil physical and chemical properties of each rating,comparing the soil nutrients data with the second soil survey to analysis the differencebetween them. At the same time, applying the result data to complete the parametersof fertilization in《county domain cultivated land resources management informationsystem v4.0》 software, fitting the formulation of county, gaining the formulafertilization of Heshui county. The main conclusions show:1. Rank-one land comprehensive evaluation index (IFI)>0.9200, the total numberof evaluation units is137, the area is943.06hm~2which is2.71%of the total farmlandarea, land use type is dry land. There are15kinds of soil genus in Heshui county. Thetypes of soil genus is4, the main type of soil genus is cover black loam. Rank-twoland comprehensive evaluation index (IFI) ranges from0.9200to0.8850, the totalnumber of evaluation units are558. Farmland area is5879.91hm~2, is16.93%of thetotal farmland area. The land use type is dry land. The main soil genus types are coverblack loam and black loam. Rank-three land comprehensive evaluation index (IFI) isbetween0.885and0.7250, the evaluation units’ number is2480. Farmland area is15835.44hm~2, is45.58%of the total farmland area, to be the most widely distributedfarmland area in Heshui county. Land use type is dry land; main soil genus types aregrey shan soil, silti-soil, black loam and cover black loam. Rank-four landcomprehensive evaluation index (IFI) ranges from0.7250to0.6250, the number ofevaluation unit are1613. Farmland area is9316.1hm~2, is26.82%of total farmlandarea. The main land use type is dry land. The main soil genus types are grey shan soil,grey brown shan soil, silti-soil and black loam. Rank-five land comprehensiveevaluation index (IFI)>0.6250, the number of evaluation unit is699. Farmland area is 2764.47hm~2, is7.96%of total farmland area. The main land use type is dry land. Themain soil genus types are grey shan soil, grey brown shan soil.2. The pH mean value of rank-one land is8.42, the slow release potassium meanis1037mg/kg, the available potassium mean is221mg/kg, the available phosp horusmean is10.1mg/kg, the organic matter mean is14.5g/kg, the total nitrogen mean is0.850g/kg, the mean value of accumulated temperature not lower than10°is8.2969.3℃, the mean value of slope is0.9°, the mean of elevation is1218m. The pHmean value of rank-two land is8.42, the slow release potassium mean is1028mg/kg,the available potassium mean is223mg/kg, the available phosphorus mean is10.1mg/kg, the organic matter mean is13.1g/kg, the total nitrogen mean is0.827g/kg,the mean value of accumulated temperature not lower than10°is8.2968.7℃, themean value of slope is2.5°, the mean of elevation is1284m. The pH mean value ofrank-three land is8.42, the slow release potassium mean is1015mg/kg, the availablepotassium mean is223mg/kg, the available phosphorus mean is10.3mg/kg, theorganic matter mean is12.7g/kg, the total nitrogen mean is0.821g/kg, the mean valueof accumulated temperature not lower than10°is8.2958.3℃, the mean value ofslope is8.8°, the mean of elevation is1226m. The pH mean value of rank-four land is8.43, the slow release potassium mean is1007mg/kg, the available potassium mean is225mg/kg, the available phosphorus mean is10.6mg/kg, the organic matter mean is12.3g/kg, the total nitrogen mean is0.821g/kg, the mean value of accumulatedtemperature not lower than10°is8.2891℃, the mean value of slope is213.9°, themean of elevation is1255m. The pH mean value of rank-five land is8.43, the slowrelease potassium mean is1006mg/kg, the available potassium mean is232mg/kg,the available phosphorus mean is11.0mg/kg, the organic matter mean is12.3g/kg, thetotal nitrogen mean is0.849g/kg, the mean value of accumulated temperature notlower than10°is8.2794.8℃, the mean value of slope is16.2°, the mean of elevationis1331m.3. The contents of soil organic matter in topsoil averages in12.8g/kg, issignificantly increased compared with the second soil survey, the increased averagevalue is3.50g/kg, and the rate of change is large, which is37.6%. Total nitrogen ofsoil is add to0.82g/kg, which was0.73g/kg in the second soil survey, averagely increases0.09g/kg, the change rate varies relatively small, is12.3%. The meanvalue of total phosphorus in soil is1.38g/kg, increases0.01g/kg compared with thesecond soil survey which is1.38g/kg, the change value is very small. The totalpotassium is also increased, steps up to24.10g/kg compared with the value of thesecond soil survey18.00g/kg, averagely increased6.1g/kg, the change rate is33.80%.Hydrolyzable nitrogen is add up to66.15mg/kg from the second soil survey value34mg/kg, increases32.15mg/kg, the change rate is94.50%. Available phosphoruscompared the second soil survey’s mean value7.30mg/kg raises to8.5mg/kg,increasing value is1.2mg/kg, and the change rate is16.40%which is the mostchangeable soil nutrient. Readily available potassium is223mg/kg, the second soilsurvey value was192mg/kg, increasing value is31mg/kg, and the change rate is16.1%.4. Depending on the result of soil nutrients space interpolation and the standardof soil nutritional grades of Gansu province, soil nutritional grades in Heshui county isconfirmed. The contents of organic matter in Heshui county ranges high to low iscorresponding to the contents of Gansu province grades four to six, availablephosphorus contents is four to five, readily potassium contents is two to four, slowlyavailable potassium is in the grade of two and three, available iron is four to five,available copper contains two grades: two and three, available zinc has two grades:three and four.5. The fitting result that systems advice in county formula shows: formula01N:P:K=5:2:0, formula02N:P:K=5:2:1formula03N:P:K=5:1:1formula04N:P:K=6:3:1. In fertilization, nitrogenous fertilizer of wheat should be used as basemanure in a proportion of1/2and the rest half as an additional fertilizer, phosphorusfertilizer should be used as base fertilizer entirely.6. When the system is functioning, it is very important to input the rightparameter and effective experimented data to make sure that the system movingnormally and the result is accurate.
