Yuyan10 was used as the material in 2015,we studied the effects of different nitrogen and zinc fertilizer application(HH: high nitrogen and high zinc,HL: high nitrogen and low zinc,MH: medium nitrogen and high zinc,ML: medium nitrogen and low zinc,LH: Low nitrogen and high zinc,LL: low nitrogen and low zinc)in Henan Tobacco Science and Technology Park,Luoyang City,Henan Province, then analyzed the influence on soil enzyme activity, nitrogen and zinc content of flue-cured tobacco, routine chemical components and aroma substances and other quality indicators,as well as in the same amount of nitrogen, analysis of Zn effect on nitrogen accumulation of flue-cured tobacco. The main research conclusions are as follows:1.In the experiment of different nitrogen and zinc,We measured the activities of phosphatase, urease, protease, catalase, invertase and amylase in the soil, and the chemical components and aroma contents in the growth of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that in the mature stage, the soil phosphatase activity of ML treatment was the highest, which was 71.43% higher than that of LH treatment, the protease activity was higher than that of LL treatment, and catalase activity was higher than that of MH treatment by.Urease activity was highest in HH treatment,49.14% higher than LL treatment. The activities of invertase and amylase were the highest in LL treatment, and the activities of the enzyme were 25.21 and 17.32 mg/g/24 h.MH and ML treatments of sugar alkali ratio were the most close to the quality of tobacco standards, the ratio of sugar of LH and LL treatments were most close to the quality of tobacco standards. The class of flue-cured tobacco carotene degradation products of high volume were ML and LH,were respectively 48.39 ?g/g and 49.62 ?g/g.ML treatment showed the highest content of phenylalanine degradation products. The highest content of Maillard reaction products was ML,which was 17.91 ?g/g.LH treatment of degradation products of cembranoids content was the highest.Among other aroma compounds, the content of the new plant was the highest, the content of ML was the highest,715.24 ?g/g,followed by LH treatment, which was about 630.82 ?g/g.The total amount of aroma substances in tobacco leaves after different treatments was ML > LH > LL > MH > HL > HH.In general, the chemical components of tobacco leaves treated with ML and LH were more harmonious, and the aroma content of ML treatment was the highest, followed by LH treatment. Therefore,ML treatment and LH treatment of tobacco quality were relatively good.2.The content of Zn in the root, stem, leaf and roasted samples of different treatments were measured in the root elongation stage, flourishing stage and mature stage. The results showed that the content of Zn in flue-cured tobacco roots was higher than that in stems and leaves at the early growth stage. With the change of growth stage, zinc gradually to the ground part of the transport.Under the same zinc application condition, the content of Zn in the middle nitrogen treatment was the highest, which indicated that the middle nitrogen could increase the content of zinc in tobacco. In terms of the distribution of zinc in different organs of flue-cured tobacco, the distribution of zinc in tobacco leaves was LH > MH > HH under the condition of high zinc, low zinc condition, leaf zinc distribution rate was ML > LL > HL,indicating low nitrogen promoted the transfer of zinc to tobacco leaves under the condition of high zinc, and middle nitrogen promoted the transfer of zinc to tobacco leaves under the condition of low zinc. For cured sample, high zinc conditions, high nitrogen treatment promoting zinc transfer to middle lobe, low nitrogen treatment promoted the transfer of zinc to the lower part of the leaf.Low zinc conditions, middle nitrogen treatment promotes zinc transfer to the upper leaves, low nitrogen treatment promotes the transfer of zinc to the lower leaves.3.The contents of total nitrogen in root, stem, leaf and post baked samples of different nitrogen and zinc treatments were determined, the results showed that: with the increase of nitrogen, the total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco increased. The total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco in high zinc conditions was higher than low Zn treatment, showed high zinc promote tobacco nitrogen accumulation effect was more significant. On the accumulation and distribution of nitrogen in different organs of flue-cured tobacco, under the same amount of nitrogen, the total nitrogen of tobacco distribution rate of HH>HL,MH>ML,LH>LL,root distribution rate instead. The result showed high zinc could promote nitrogen transfer to tobacco leaves, low zinc levels to promote nitrogen transfer to the root. For roasted samples, under the condition of high nitrogen, high zinc promoted the transfer of nitrogen to the lower leaves.Under the condition of medium nitrogen and low nitrogen, high zinc promoted the transfer of nitrogen to the middle leaves. The nitrate content of high zinc treatment was lower than that of low zinc treatment, but no significant difference was found.4.Determination of mineral elements content in roasted samples by dry ashing. The results showed that the content of B and Fe in flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased while the content of Cu and Mn increased with the increase of zinc application. When the zinc content was the same, the contents of B and Fe in flue-cured tobacco leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, while the content of Cu element showed a decreasing trend with the increase of nitrogen application rate.On the whole, the absorption of Mn and Cu by zinc element showed synergistic effect, while the absorption of Fe and B showed antagonistic effect, and the middle amount of nitrogen could promote the absorption of B and Fe.5.Under the same nitrogen application rate,we study the effect of zinc fertilization on nitrogen accumulation in flue-cured tobacco test. The total nitrogen content in the root, stem and leaf of each treatment was measured in the experiment. The results showed that T1 total nitrogen content in the leaves of rhizome were different degrees of increase, the total nitrogen in leaves increased the most obvious. The total nitrogen accumulation after transplanting 35 d reached the highest level, and the trend of total nitrogen accumulation intensity of T1 treatment and T2 treatment was the same, total nitrogen accumulation of T1 was stronger than that of T2 treatment, but the application of zinc did not affect the accumulation of total nitrogen.6.The nicotine content of different treatment roots, stems and leaves were determined. The result showed that the nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco T1 treatment was lower than that of T2 treatment, the nicotine content of tobacco leaves decreased obviously. While for the root and stem of flue-cured tobacco, zinc for nicotine reduction in prosperous long-term before more obvious.75 d after transplanting,T1 treatment of nicotine accumulation intensity of 91.24 mg/ strain /d,T2 accumulation intensity reached the peak 199.52 mg/ strains /d,T1 treatment reached 140.32 mg/ strain /d accumulation intensity peak at 90 d,T2 treatment of nicotine accumulation strength decreases rapidly to 18.85 mg/ strain /d,105 d T1 treatment and T2 treatment had no significant difference in nicotine accumulation intensity,so the peak zinc could push after nicotine accumulation intensity, delayed the accumulation of nicotine in flue-cured tobacco.7.The content of nitrate nitrogen in root, stem and leaf was determined by different zinc treatments. The results showed that the change trend of nitrate content in roots and stems of T1 was similar to T2,the nitrate content in tobacco leaves treated with T1 increased, the growth period in the whole field are higher than that of T2 treatment,so the application of zinc can improve the content of nitrate nitrogen in tobacco leaves. The soluble protein content of T1 treatment was higher than that of T2 treatment, but did not reach significant difference, therefore, the amount of zinc application had little effect on soluble protein.
