Study On The Countermeasure And Prevention Of Forest Fire In Shanxi Province

In recent years,people have a strong desire to improve the ecological function and natural environment,while forests,as an important natural resource of the earth,are being greatly affected.In particular,frequent human production activities lead to frequent forest fires,which not only cause economic losses,casualties,but also cause serious damage to forest resources.At present,the forest area of our province is about 40000000 mu,and the forestry level is low.The forest protection capability and ecological restoration function are very weak.Once the forest fire occurs,the forest resources are seriously damaged and the ecological function is difficult to recover.Therefore,our province urgently needs to do a good job in the prevention and control of forest fires.In this paper,through the statistics of Shanxi Province during the ten years of 2005-2014 forest fire occurrence,damage,loss,cause,rescue,treatment,fully understand the specific situation of Shanxi province in recent ten years,forest fires.The statistical analysis of the survey results,through analysis and understanding,because our province topography,climate,vegetation resources,cultural characteristics,production and living habits lead to outdoor smoking,burning,burning,burning "and the burning of straw and other agricultural production caused by forest fires,forest fires accounted for 30%of the province.In view of our province forest fire situation and causes,combined with the actual situation of forest fire in our province,to develop forest fire prevention measures:perfecting the relevant institution and system,improve public participation in forest management and take isolation measures,the application of advanced technologies in forest fire prevention,forest fire fighting team construction.At the same time,establish and improve the Shanxi province forest fire fighting Theory:the establishment of the guiding ideology,improve the forest fire fighting forest fire fighting methods,improve the Shanxi province forest fire fire fighting strategy,strengthen Shanxi province forest fire disaster postprocessing work.
