The Rapeutic Effect Of Compound Chinese Herbs On Gosling Plague Virus Goslings

In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on goose suffering from goose plague,60 1 day old goose was selected to be randomly divided into control group(group C),goose blast virus infection group(group H)and compound Chinese herbal medicine group(group V),20 rats in each group.In group H and group V,each chick was inoculated with 0.3 m L of the ananapic fluid containing gosling plague virus(GPV),and the goose in group H was filled with distilled water after infection.The V group goose was filled with compound Chinese herbal medicine after infection.The dosage was 1m L for each dose each time,15 d in the experimental period,and the same feed was fed in the experimental period.In the fifth,10 and 15 days after the experiment,5 goose were randomly selected in each group.The blood collection was 3 m L and serum was separated.The content of immunoglobulin(Ig G,Ig M),the content of interleukin(IL-2,IL-6),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activity of gcaspin peroxidase(GSH-Px)by biochemical kit were obtained.The activity of sex and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of complement(C3,C4)were detected.After the goose was killed,the small intestinal tissue of the gosling was taken and lapping and centrifuged for the detection of the content of immunoglobulin(Ig A)by centrifugation;the tissues of the heart and small intestine were taken and the histopathological section was made by-HE staining of paraffin wax.The pathological changes of liver and small intestine of the sick geese were observed.The mortality of the infection group and the survival rate of the treatment group were calculated after the experiment.The results showed that the morphological changes of the heart of the goose in the treatment group were broken,disintegrating and dissolved fifth days after the experiment,and the blood vessel congestion was obvious.There were more red cells,exudative cellulose and inflammatory cell infiltration among the myocardial fibers.Some of the duodenal wool was broken,and the surface of the local villi was pale pink.With the dyed floc,the blood vessels of the lamina propria were dilated,red blood cells were filled,and inflammatory cells were infiltrated,and the myocardial fibers were arranged in order fifteenth days after the experiment.Only a few red cells and inflammatory cells were found between the myocardium fibers,only a few intestinal villi were broken,and the other obvious histopathological changes were not found.Compared with the infection group,The content of immunoglobulin Ig G,Ig M and Ig A in the body of gosling increased significantly(P<0.05);the content of serum interleukin(IL-2 and IL-6)and complement(C3 and C4)in serum increased significantly(P<0.05),SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in serum significantly increased(P<0.05),and the death of infection group was significantly decreased.The rate of death was 45%,and the survival rate of the treatment group was 95%.The experimental results showed that the compound Chinese herbal medicine can effectively improve the immune function and antioxidant function of gosling plague goose,and can effectively cure gosling plague gosling.To provide a theoretical basis for further revealing the clinical efficacy of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of gosling plague.
