The next decade will be the golden period of large-scale and intensive development of Chinese pig industry, automate and intelligent pig equipment will be widely used in medium and large-scale pig farms. However, Chinese pig industry as a whole lags behind the Europe and the United States, represented Mainly on:Pig equipment was poor reliability and with low level of automation; feed profligacy was widespread and with low level of feeding management;The majority of pig farms were still using the traditional limit column mode and Piggery environment was bad and rude;The monitoring efforts on pigs was not enough and the disease was easily outbreaks and spread.This paper aimed against the existence of the problems and deficiencies that above-mentioned in Chinese pig industry,and wanting to break the monopoly of technology of the Europe and the United States, developing a set of pig equipment with independent intellectual property rights was particularly important.Therefore, correspondingly proposed group of sows precision feeding control system.The Haimen thrive pig farms was a base as sows precise feeding R&D and test for the paper, feeding for300sows accurately in the pig farm under groups mode, precision feeding and scientific management for sows’growth phase and production process with RFID technology, fuzzy control technology, computer technology and communication technology, and developing a set of sows precision feeding management system software which was suitable for large-scale pig farms.This paper designed overall framework and function of each module of the Sows Precise Feeding Control System,and determined scheme for the core of the control with the STC series single-chip.the major work of the paper was:the selection and design of hardware circuit based on STC single chip,drew the circuit schematic and made the PCB board with Protel2004;designed RF and HFcircuit based on MF RC500;writed single-chip program with the keil uVision2and developed the PC software with Visual C++6.0;made the fuzzy control mathematical model on off feed quantity,setted up precision feeding fuzzy controller based on Mamdani;collected,storing,and analyzing the data of the feed intake,drew the sow feed intake curve,calculated the feed conve-rsion;debuged and integrated system hardware and software,installing and running the sytem at last.Comparing with the traditional feeding mode,the obvious effect of this system was that feed intake data had smaller deviation and the most significant was to reduce feed waste. Against the problem of the lag in the blanking for sows, using the intelligent fuzzy control method,establishing the Sows precision feeding fuzzy control model. Determine the input variables of the model based on the blanking error range, output variables, as well as the actual domain, specify each variable of the fuzzy language sets, and according to the sows feeding the relevant standards and expertise, as well as experimental data, obtaining the fuzzy control rules,thus, completing the mathematical modeling of precision sows fed fuzzy control.The system has been applied in Haimen thrive pig farm for more than one year, compared with the traditional limit bar mode, one sow one year could save the cost about400yuan, accounting for9.3%of the total cost.the system ran steadily,and the body condition of sows has been improved greatly compared with past, economic effect was significant,the clients were very satisfied,the value of application was high.
