In recent years, Agricultural machinery is developing with the character of large, wide, high speed and joint operation. High mobility type wide machinery not only can reduce production costs, but also can increase crop yield, improve work efficiency. But the width increase of farm machinery brought difficult problems in transportation. At present, the solution to solve the problem about how to exchange the operation state and the transportion state for the large-scale agricultural machine is use folding frame and part of the seeding machine is also used to lift stle frame. But it is difficult to transmit the power for the folding frame and lifting frame. Therefore they are only applicable to centralized seed fertilizer gas transmission type seeding machine and the relatively simple structure of tillage machinery.To solve these problems, this paper propose a high mobility frame platform which can horizontal operation and longitudinal transportation and makes a research on the key technology of frame platform and engineering application, supported by "the national public sector(Agriculture) special scientific research"(project number: 201303011). The main works are as follows:(1) Research a set of traction mechanism. The traction mechanism can be conveniently hidden in the hollow beam when Farm implements in working state. This style not only make the internal space of square frame was effective used, but also reduces the working width of farm implements. By means of theoretical analysis and geometric figure solving, the main parameters of cryptotypic traction mechanism was determined: The length of ball hook type traction hook is 1003 mm, the length of lap board is 90 mm, the angle between ball head hook type traction rod and end face of main frame is 70 degree, etc.(2) Design of synchronous control loop for ground wheel lifting mechanism. Make frame platform lift smoothly. Meanwhile, a mechanical locking mechanism is designed for the hydra ulic lifting device. Based on the analysis of the movement and force of the lock, ultimately determine the structure of lock tip. When the local wheel mechanism is transformed from the working state to the transportation state, effect of lock angle and front locking plate column, so lock is compressed out of U type library automatically.The mechanical locking mechanism provides a safety protection function for the hydraulic lifting system.(3) The engineering application is studied for high maneuver type rack platform tools by designing 24 lines of flat sowing machine.Design machine frame, seed fertilizer box and other working parts for 24 row flat sowing machine, select the applicator, a furrow opener, covering device, roller and metering device and other parts for seeding unit.And designed the transmission scheme by combining chain transmission and bevel gear transmission for seeding machine.(4) Make the engineering structure analysis for main frame and invisible traction mechanism by analysis and simulation module of CATIA software. Analysis results show that: the maximum stress of the invisible traction mechanism in the three states of accelerating driving, deceleration driving, turning and driving are 44.8MPa, 156 MPa, 95.1MPa, the maximum deformations of the three states are 0.206 mm, 0.059 mm, 0.115 mm. From this we can know that the structure design of invisible traction mechanism can meet the design requirements. But the shape variable of main frame is larger in the transportation state, the maximum deformation is 20.7mm, So the structure optimization of the main frame is carried out.Adding double pull bar with 20 mm diameter at both ends of the frame to the "door"- shaped connection bridge, and make engineering structure analysis again for the main flame after optimization. The analysis results show that the maximum deformation of the optimized frame transportation state is only 5.68 mm.(5) After designing 24 lines of flat sowing machine. Draw engineering drawings for non-standard parts of flat sowing machine with engineering drawing module of CATIA software. Processing parts, assembly and debugging machine. At last, the function test and prototype test of 24 row flat sowing machine were carried out respectively. Through the experiment to verify the effect of the machine function, and the problems found in the test are modified and improved.Research results show that the design of invisible traction mechanism, a synchronous control circuit and mechanical locking device can be very good used in high mobility of the large-scale operation of agricultural machinery. Meanwhile, through the prototype trial production and test for 24 lines of flat sowing machine we can know that the high mobility of the large-scale operation of agricultural machinery is able to achieve the fast conversion of the operation and transportation state, and the engineering application effect is good.
