As the use of Large agricultural machinery becomes ever-more prevalent in the world, bring the problem of road transport, At present, there are two solutions, one is to use folding frame, the other is the use of supporting trolley. Folding rack only applies to Tillage soil preparation machine or pneumatic centralized planter. At present, mechanical, gas suction and blowing metering are commonly used in the domestic planter, folding rack is not applicable in the planter, so Large planter is transported with supporting trolley, but The role of the supporting trolley is very limited, and it’s a time-consuming effort to dismantle or assemble it.The study based on aimed at researching and designing a high mobility platform of large-scale and wide agricultural machinery with the function of operation and transportation. The paper provides effective solution to existing technology problems of the large-scale and wide planting machinery, such as transportation difficulties, bad mobility and so on, has an important practical significance.In order to solve this situation, the dissertation combined with national soybean industry technology project (Item No.CARS04-PS22) and national public welfare industry (Agriculture) special scientific research(Item No.201303011). Taking the large planter as research foundation, the paper follows the principle which is combined theoretical analysis and software virtual test technology, study begins with reasonable appearance design scheme of land wheel mechanism with the function of operation and transport, determines the optimal parameters through the theoretical analysis, builds3D models of virtual prototype by CATIA software, utilizes CATIA digital prototype motion simulation module、the finite element analysis module to verify the feasibility of virtual prototype design scheme, finally draws engineering drawings, undertake sample processing, verify again the working effect rationality of prototype and the feasibility of the design scheme through the experiment.The main research contents of subject as follows:(1) The design of land wheel mechanism with the function of operation and transport:Key technical point lies in the transformation form of status and function (The reversing way of land wheel, the lifting way of machines); the guarantee way of status and function(The lock form of land wheel state, the lock form of machine height, the form of power clutch, elimination of the internal consumption); the design of the hydraulic torque device.(2) The girder design of agricultural machinery:design a kind of girder of agricultural machinery which is suitable for land wheel mechanism with the function of operation and transport, use girder structure reasonably in conjunction with wheel mechanism, form the basic overall structure of agricultural machinery with the function of operation and transport, include appearance design, unit stability analysis, structure optimization and so on.(3) Engineering application design:design a24-line soybean planting seeder, applying the land wheel mechanism on it, realize large-scale planter with operation and transportation function.(4) The system optimization:make an engineering analysis at the main components of agricultural machinery with walking status and operation status by using finite element analysis function module of CATIA, make a reasonable optimization based on analyzing the results, finally confirm the appearance and size parameters of institutions.(5) Prototype trial and experiment:draw engineering drawings by using the drafting of CATIA. Process and assemble into a prototype, do field experiment and road transport experiment, verify the feasibility of the whole machine. And make further modification and improvement.Research results show that preserving functions of field working and functions of road transport by improving the existing land wheel structure, innovation research such as reasonable and quick way of reversing, the mechanical transmission form, new-type design of hydraulic torque device, design of invisible traction mechanism can adapt to the large agricultural machinery, provide convenient, economic and efficient solution for state transition of operation and transport of a large agricultural machinery, at the same time provide theory support and feasible technology pattern for the follow-up research and innovation.
