Cardiovascular disease is a kind of clinically specific disease, and is an important common disease in older dogs.X-ray photography is one of the important methods to assist in the diagnosis of heart disease.Cardiac angiography can be divided into right angiography and left ventricular angiography, which can clearly show the shape of each chamber of the heart and help evaluate cardiac function. On the other hand,DR photography has developed rapidly and is widely used in veterinary clinics. The quality of traditional X-ray photography is not good,it is easy to fail, and the tested animals are also vulnerable to a lot of radiation, and DR makes up for these shortcomings relatively.DR photography is easier to shoot high-quality X-ray images than CR and traditional X-rays.DR's advanced image processing software is more advanced and easy to operate, and DR improves the accuracy of the entire imaging examination.Combining DR with cardiac imaging technology can produce more accurate images and help improve the detection rate of heart diseases. The contrast agents used in this experiment were 60%compound diatrizoate meglumine injection and Ousu iohexol injection, and two kinds of cardiac imaging techniques(jugular vein catheter and femoral artery catheterization)for four groups of experimental dogs respectively. The right heart and left heart angiography were performed to record the development time and development quality of the various chambers and blood vessels of the heart combined with different contrast agents and different methods, and to compare the lateral and longitudinal analysis. The blood indicators before and after the injection of cardiac contrast agents(including blood routine and biochemical tests),urine routine indicators, and routine physiological and cardiac measurements were examined, and the results before and after the experiment were compared. The results showed that in this experiment, the use of two contrast agents,60%compound diatrizoate meglumine injection and iohexol injection in the safe range of the experimental dose, the blood test of experimental dogs, liver function, renal function and other blood indicators No obvious change,no effect on conventional physiological indicators. And through the comparison of plain film after DR imaging, the imaging effect of compound diatrizoate meglumine in right angiography was superior to iohexol at 3 s,and the effect of compound diatrizoate meglumine in left ventricular angiography was 3 s and 5 s.When better than iohexol.Through comprehensive analysis, the compound diatrizoate meglumine cardiac angiography has high imaging quality, safety within a controllable range, simple operation of cardiac angiography, and can be applied in clinical practice to facilitate diagnosis of the cause of heart disease.
