| Cultivated land protection is all important to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Many central committee documents were issued by the party and government to strengthen land management and cultivated land protection.This is global fundamental work of the party and country.For the local government,the long-term real-time monitoring and analysis of the cultivated land quality changes is important approach and measure for establishing the new situation of the new cultivated land protection,and for achieving the plowing land quantity,the quality and the good ecology.This thesis takes Changshan overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone as a case.The evaluation results of cultivated land quality grade are used.The results of farmland classification in 2009 and land use status update survey in 2016 are used as a basis.By using the method of combined ArcGIS software overlay analysis and the external field survey,the changes of cultivated land quality grade in Changshan overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone from 2009 to 2016 are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the linear regression modeling by SPSS software is used to analyze the driving factors that affect the change of cultivated land quality grade in Changshan overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone.The main research results are as follows:1.Over the 2009-2016 years,the total number of cultivated land in the Changshan Development Zone increased by 35.62 hectares,and the whole cultivated land quality grade did not change that the grade was 3-8.The number of cultivated land of Baizhu Village,Guanyang Village and Tuolin Management District in the Neishan Area increased by 82.06 hectares by land development and arrangement,and the national natural grade rised from grade 6 to grade 5.Because of the construction land occupation,Haifeng Management District,Shuangshan Management District,Xinliao Management District and so on located in the coastal area decreased by 46.44 hectares.2、By the macroscopic qualitative analysis and the specific driving factor quantitative analysis,from the influence of direct and rapid human driving factors,11 variables are selected to establish linear regression engineering.After the analysis,it is concluded that land regulation measures on the technical side have great effect on the cultivated land quality grade.The factors such as non-agricultural rate,urbanization rate,per capita GDP in Xiamen/per capita GDP in Changshan and other variables have great driving force on the cultivated land quality grade. |
