Wuzhishan city located in the south-central part of hainan island is a typical mountainous terrain with an elevation of more than 600m,especially wuzhishan with an elevation of 1867m which is the highest mountain in Hainan.With a large temperature difference,the unique geographical environment is suitable for the growth of tea tree and has abundant germplasm resources of wild tea.At present,the research on the wild tea tree in Wuzhishan city is only in ecology and there is not much research on physiological,biochemical and molecular level.Based on Wuzhishan city as the research object,the distribution of wild tea tree of wild tea plant community composition,structure,species diversity and to study the morphological characteristics,using DNA sequences to wuzhishan wild tea germplasm identification,classification,tea of wild tea processed into finished products for chemical composition and the research of antioxidant activity for protection,development and utilization of wild tea tree resources in Wuzhishan provide effective basis,and draw the following conclusion:(1)Through the quadrat investigation showed that wild tea tree in the community are mainly distributed in Wuzhishan,at an altitude of 1000 m or so of Wuzhishan wild tea plant mainly distributed in tropical lowland rain forest and mountain rain forest in the transition area of forest community,community structure can be divided into tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer three layer structure,wild tea plants within the aspling is more,many distributed in the shrub layer and herb layer;There are 218 kinds of vascular plants recorded by 11 samples,belonging to 75 families and 150 genera.Among them,there are 39 families and 130 species of trees.The shrub layer plants have 35 families,59 genera and 85 species.Herb layer 48 families of 57 genera 75 species;Tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer in the evenness index was no significant difference,but the tree layer in the community richness index,Simpson index,shannon wiener index greater than that of shrub and herb layer,so the community species diversity of wild tea tree in general in structure,tree layer>shrub layer>herb layer.Due to human interference degree is different,the relatively low altitude(minimum altitude of 371 m)of the distribution of wild tea plant communities and species diversity of barren,with the increase of altitude,the diversity of species is rich.(2)Through the field observation and measurement records,found in wuzhishan wild tea tree leaves are oval,wrap around needle or oblanceolate,color white petals,stamens than pistil 1-2 mm long,ovary 3 room,one ovule per room with shai pu ’er tea(C.sinensis var.assamica)and white(C.sinensis var.Pubilimba)compared to wild tea on the morphological characteristics in Wuzhishan closer to the pu ’er tea.However,the leaves of the wild tea in Wuzhishan city are larger than pu ’er tea,with slightly more side veins,and the petals of wild tea in Wuzhishan city are 5,and the petals of pu ’er tea are 6-7,which is still different.(3)Based on psbA-trnH chloroplast encoding gene sequence identification successfully in Wuzhishan wild and genetic relationship between shai pu ’er tea,white tea,and then combined with the feature of leaf,flower,fruit,such as appearance,found in Wuzhishan wild tea and pu ’er tea is the most close to,but also clearly separated.Is based on the results of the psbA-trnH sequence clustering,pu ’er tea and white tea for the category,for another kind of wild tea in Wuzhishan in Wuzhishan wild tea in this category,can be subdivided two subgenera,first the class for the nansheng Mao Xiang 2-12 with race-25 these two samples,in the evolutionary tree diagram,their relationship is more close to;The other 26 samples belong to the second subclass.This result can provide evidence of molecular level for the establishment of new taxa of Wuzhishan wild tea tree.Although Wuzhishan wild tea is the closest to pu ’er tea,it should be a variant of pu ’er tea.It is named as Camellia sinensis var.assamica f.huiman,or water full of tea.(4)In this paper,the Wuzhishan water filled with tea,pu ’er tea and other five kinds of tea(white tea,baisha green tea,the west lake longjing,noble and "biluochunr")of the antioxidant activity of extracts and tea polyphenols,flavonoids content has carried on the comparative analysis,the results show that the 75%ethanol extract of 7 kinds of tea the best antioxidant effect,and extract the antioxidant activity of relationship is proportional to the concentration of sample,the overall thermal stability is better;In 7 kinds of tea,the tea water with clear,ABTS radical,superoxide radical and hydroxyl free radical,the most powerful and within the scope of the test concentration removal ability and sample concentration showed concentration-response relationship,but water filled with tea clearing DPPH free radical ability is weaker,in 7 kinds of tea in the ranking;In addition,the reduction ability is the strongest of white hair tea,followed by white sand green tea and water full of tea;Seven kinds of flavonoids of tea and tea polyphenols content between 3.06 to 5.4%and 14.6 to 18.1%respectively,among them,the water is full of tea polyphenols content is the lowest,but the flavonoids content is the highest,the overall performance of wuzhishan water filled with tea has strong antioxidant activity,high flavonoids content,has high nutritional value and health care efficacy.
